About this property

You wont want to miss the sights and breathtaking views this bright, cozy condo has to offer. Tropical Sundancer is cheerful and upbeat with so much to do it will have you moving your feet! This 2 BR/2 BA condo contains a king bed, queen bed, bunk beds and a sleeper sofa. It's perfect for a family of up to 8 and your fur babies. We are pet-friendly. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need for all your cooking and dining needs. With 2 full baths you wont be waiting in line This 2nd floor condo overlooks the Gulf of Mexico

The Maravilla offers 3 pools on site (one heated) and a hot tub. There is also a fitness center near the front office. There are several charcoal grills and picnic tables located around the property for your use.

Galveston Island is a great vacation destination with a variety of activities to enjoy. Within walking distance from the Maravilla, there are go-carts and mini-golf, fishing and restaurants. There are many great restaurants around the island. Be sure to visit the Historic Strand District and enjoy a day of shopping there or drive to the nearby Outlet Mall located within 30 minutes of the Island. For entertainment of all ages, spend time at the Pleasure Pier or Schlitterbahn Galveston. You might even enjoy a show at The Grand 1894 Opera House.

While we welcome guests of all ages, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. Home is pet friendly for up to 2 pets. $100.00 for the 1st pet and $50.00 for the second pet. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and signature on a pet addendum. Pet limit is 25 lbs. Photo identification is required. All fees and services may be subject to 15% tax.

Due to the ongoing construction and in the interest of Safety, the Maravilla business office will be located in unit 121. This is where you will need to go to pay your parking.
A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices are as follows:
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.

Didn't like being called that I lied about how many people were going to be in the room

It was clean. Could not use the balcony which was a big disappointment.

Other than not being able to go on the balcony and the mattress in second bedroom having a dip in it, it is was a good place to stay. We enjoyed our visit.
