This is resort living at its best! Close to everything the island has to offer! Gulf views don’t get any better than this! The perfect day at the beach is just steps away, grab some chairs and spend the day at the beach, if you prefer, lounge by the pool close to the condo.

An open concept makes the main living area comfortable for the whole family. Perfect vacation property for 2 families. Enjoy watching the pelicans soar overhead and nosedive into the waves. Come and relax and let your worries melt away.

The Victorian Condo Association charges a mandatory $30 plus tax resort/parking fee for stays of up to 14 days and $70 for stays of 15 to 50 days to be paid at the time of check-in. This fee covers parking for two vehicles for up to two weeks as well as guest wristbands for access to the pools, hot tubs, fitness center, and wifi.
