Galveston beachfront condo on the 3rd floor at the Victorian Condominium resort is located directly on the seawall offering beachfront views of the Gulf. The sunrise is not missed at Sandy Cheeks. Get your coffee, sit back and relax, and watch the colors dance before you.

This 3 bedroom/2 bath condo has been freshly remolded. This is resort living at its best! It is close to everything the island has to offer! Gulf views don’t get any better than this! The perfect day at the beach is just steps away, grab some chairs and spend the day at the beach, if you prefer, lounge by the pool close to the condo.

An open concept makes the main living area comfortable for the whole family. Perfect vacation property for 2 families. Enjoy watching the pelicans soar overhead and nosedive into the waves. Come and relax and let your worries melt away.

Sandy Cheeks is the perfect setting to create memories with loved ones whether it’s at the beach, the pools, the attractions, or shopping.

The Victorian Condo Association charges a mandatory $30 plus tax resort/parking fee for stays of up to 14 days and $70 for stays of 15 to 50 days to be paid at the time of check-in. This fee covers parking for two vehicles for up to two weeks as well as guest wristbands for access to the pools, hot tubs, fitness center, and wifi.

Cancellation: Guest receives 100% (Of what was paid minus the cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 90 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (Of what was paid minus cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds after 30 days.

Too noisy there was someone smoking pot as we sat on balcony. Partying went on thru the night. Very disappointing.

Nice place great location
Very nice property and as advertised. Unit was fully stocked with everything one could need. Excellent beach and pool access. My only complaint would be the property advertised an ice machine on site, but only after asking around they finally came forward and said they had bags of ice for purchase.

The property was amazing, plus the price was right!!!
We had the best time! The condo was clean, and had everything we needed. We were right across from the beach and shopping for groceries was so convenient. I totally recommend the Victorian and your condo!!! Thanks for an enjoyable trip!
