Welcome to this studio for 2 people, located 50m from Lutins beach and close to the beaches of Luzéronde and La Linière.
Completely renovated, this adjoining studio is located in a residence, at number 5. It includes from the entrance: a hallway/cabin area with 1 foldaway bed for 2 people/140 bed and storage space. A separate bed is possible on the 140 cm sofa bed in the living room.
At the entrance: a bathroom with shower/wc/washing machine.
Bright living room with kitchen and equipped living room.
This living room leads to a private terrace, facing south and equipped with an electric awning/garden furniture/deckchairs and a plancha.
The Herbaudière port is 1km away on foot and offers many shops and a market every Monday morning. Included in the price: beds made on arrival - towels and household linen.
End of stay cleaning: €40.

Private parking space to park your car (access from the other side of the street).
Pets allowed, provided they are discreet, clean, and do not move around the residence alone.
Only one animal is accepted (chip or tattooed animals, vaccinated and outside categories 1 and 2).
