Adagio B101 is one of Your Friend at the Beach's ground floor gulf front condo at Adagio.
Adagio B101's 2200 square foot luxury condo features an abundance of updates - here are just a few:
- All new bathrooms in 2024
- New luxury tile in all of the four bedrooms - no more carpet!
- Smart TV's in the living area and all of the bedrooms.
- Well-stocked kitchen - everything from a crockpot to Keurig to shrimp pot! Stand alone ICE MAKER
-Large dining table and chair for family gatherings as well as intimate friends groups.
The corner condo always provides more of the breath taking view as Adagio sits on the highest point of the Gulf of Mexico, affording expansive views of the gulf while also giving easy access on the ground floor.
Adagio B101's living room has a comfortable sectional, chairs and a large Smart TV above the fireplace (operational in the colder months only).
Our kitchens are known for how spacious and well-equipped they are - from the first cup of coffee from the Keurig (or regular coffee pot if you prefer) to that frozen drink in the blender at the end of your day at the beach, you will find everything you need at your fingertips. You will also find a high chair for the baby!
Bedroom layout:
Master bedroom with private master bathroom, large walk-in closet (big enough for the pack and play that we provide)
- Updated Master bathroom with double sinks, soaking tub, stand alone shower with double shower heads.
Second bedroom with king size bed (shares hall bathroom - just updated with new vanities and shower/tub combination)
Third bedroom with king size bed and en suite updated bathroom.
Fourth bedroom with two queen size beds, adjoining updated hall bathroom
Bonus bunk room with a bunk bed with twin over twin beds.
All bedrooms have 100% cotton sheets, phone charges by each bedside, and flat screen Smart TV's.
All three bathrooms have 100% cotton towels (and plenty of them!), shower soap, hand soaps, and two rolls of toilet paper to start.
The large patio gives you a bird's eye view of the gulf front pool so you can watch the children play in the pool (heated in the cooler months). You are just steps from the beach walkover The gym is in the building just behind B - and also enjoy the hot tub and tri-level pool with fountains and waterfalls (not heated).
ADAGIO PRIVATE BEACH
The Beach Chair service is available but not included. We highly recommend considering the beach chair service as the amount of space for personal chairs and umbrellas is extremely limited. The sooner you book the beach chair service, the better your position will be on the beach.
Restrictions include: No RV's or Trailers, HOA rules do not allow pets, No rentals to under 25 nor to chaperoned groups. Two cars only per condo unless a third spot is purchased from HOA.
Two bike rentals are included with your rental, the 20 miles of bike trails along 30A await just outside the gate. You are just five miles from Seaside. The shops at Gulf Place are three miles to the west and we have some of the best restaurants on 30A nearby. You will receive have access to our digital guide book with access codes and our restaurant, shopping and event suggestions.
Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.
Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.
A $199 administrative fee will apply to all cancellations.
All bookings made on VRBO will incur a traveler fee billed by Homeaway which will show as a separate charge.
Your Friend at the Beach accepts VISA, MC, Discover and can arrange for E-checks. We DO NOT accept American Express.
Check-in is 4 PM, Check-out is 10 AM.
