The 3-room house A ALTEZZA (the height in Corsican linguage ) is ideally located, panoramic view of the sea and the coast of Corsica and Sardinia, very quiet, in nature, all comfort, neat decoration.

Recently built, 800 m from Palombaggia beach near Tamaricciu. Large 60m2 terrace facing the sea. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two toilets, living room, kitchen. House with independent access on a plot of 5000m2 with 2 buildings. The apartments and terraces have no vis-à-vis. This house is in front of the second construction in relation to the sea and at a lower level in the land.

The infinity pool facing the sea is reserved for 4 accommodations, i.e. approximately 4 to 6 other people.

The swimming pool is heated by 36m2 of solar collectors for comfort without the consumption of heavy fuel oil (electricity, on the island, is produced by 2 power stations running on heavy fuel oil).

In winter, the swimming pool is not heated.

Solar thermal collectors also provide domestic hot water.

The house is eco-built: well insulated, shaded facades and green roof which gives it great thermal comfort.

The house is also equipped with heating and air conditioning.

A beach parking access card is provided.

High speed Wi-Fi connection.

Electric vehicle charging station in the car park.

Cot, high chair, baby bath available.

Animals are not allowed.

Wunderschöne Lage zum Entspannen

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt! Die Lage des Appartments ist wunderschön. Wir haben die Ruhe unglaublich genossen. Alles ist sehr sauber. Perfekt wäre noch eine Klimaanlage im Wohnraum, da dieser sich doch sehr aufheizt.

Dépaysement total !! Maison au top avec vue magnifique sur la mer et montagne. Piscine très apprécié après la plage . Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine, dans cette très jolie maison au cœur de la végétation corse. Malgré la saison froide, nous y avons trouvé tout le confort nécessaire au repos en famille.

Super Sommerausklang auf Korsika

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr empfehlenswert in jeder Hinsicht. Wohnung sehr sauber und gepflegt mit bodentiefen Fenstern und Meerblick, Betten sehr bequem mit guten Matratzen, Küche mit sehr guter Ausstattung und allen elektrischen Helferlein, sogar Waschmaschine und Trockner, schöner Pool mit traumhaftem Meerblick, Haus und Garten sind sehr schön in die Natur eingebettet. Tolle Terrassen mit warmen Außendusche, Besitzer wohnen auf dem Grundstück und sind sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Meer und Strand fußläufig (800 m) erreichbar. Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit!!! Merci ;-)

Superbe séjour !

Location très bien équipée et très propre. En plus, on apprécie la petite épicerie disponible sur place et le bbq, très pratique 😃 Magnifique vue depuis l’appartement, la piscine et sur les terrasses. Malgré la présence d’autres logements, la conception offre une belle intimité. On recommande !

Très bel appartement, parfaitement situé face à la plage avec une vue imprenable sur la citadelle de Calvi. Prestation au de gamme à la décoration soignée. Je recommande cette location sur Calvi ou nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Très bel emplacement

Belle résidence tout en bois nichée sur le flanc d'une colline de Palombaggia, parfaitement intégrée au paysage naturel. Terrasses et passerelles en bois au milieu des arbres. Magnifique vue depuis toutes les pièces, conforme aux photos. Intérieur très fonctionnel et joli, avec deux chambres et Sdb complètement indépendantes. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de cette étape en Corse. Conrad est très réactif à toute demande, et nous a très gentiment consacré un long moment pour nous conseiller dans notre découverte de la Corse du sud.

Super Unterkunft mit unglaublichem Ausblick!

Wir (2 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder 6 und 9) hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Palombaggia. Das Haus liegt auf einem Berg mit einem unglaublichen Ausblick; vom Pool, der Terrasse und allen Zimmern. Man hat fast den ganzen Tag Sonne und kann abends mit Blick auf das Meer grillen und den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Die Bilder versprechen nicht zu viel! Alles ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll gestaltet. Die Strände in der Umgebung sind sehr schön. Und Bonifacio liegt nur etwa 30 Minuten entfernt und lädt zum schlendern ein. Conrad, der Vermieter, hat uns wunderbar unterstützt. Insgesamt war es für uns, auch dank der tollen Unterkunft, ein super Urlaub. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal!

Herrlich!

Das Haus hält genau was die Fotos versprechen (was eher selten ist). Wir haben unsere Herbstferien mit zwei Kindern (9/7) hier verbracht und extrem genossen. Das Haus und der Pool sind sehr schön, sehr gepflegt und bieten alles was man braucht. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Er gab uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge, Sehenswürdigkeiten und schöne Strände abseits der Masse. Will man mit dem Auto zum Strand hat man da eine zusätzliche Parkmöglichkeit. Man kann aber auch mit Kindern in 10 Minuten zum sehr schönen Strand laufen. Das Haus ist eine absolute Empfehlung und der Blick von der Terrasse aber auch von den Zimmer aus ist hammermässig.

Excellent Vacation location

The house and the location was exactly as described with a fantastic view on the Palombaggia Beach. The house and the whole area was very clean and very well maintained. The Pool was splendid and we enjoyed the Terrasse with the view. The location is very quite and we could relax perfectly. We have received good suggestion of the landlord and appreciated the very friendly atmosphere.

Séjour extraordinaire

Séjour exceptionnel dans un endroit extrêmement agréable et aménagé avec beaucoup d'intelligence. Calme, intime, vue magnifique sur la mer. Plage à 15 mn à pieds ou 2 mn en voiture (pass parking fourni). Et Conrad, le propriétaire prendra le temps de vous décrire les lieux à visiter, restos, commerces, etc. Vraiment top !

Wunderbare Sicht auf Traumstrand

Schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Traumaussicht auf einen der schönsten Strände Korsikas. Infinity Pool zur mitbenutzung aber eigentlich waren wir immercalleine am Pool. Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles was es braucht (Gasgrill, Ofen, Geschirrwaschmaschine, Waschmaschine). Wunderbarer Strand ideal für Kinder da sanft abfallend. Kristallklares Wasser; beim Schnorcheln sieht man einiges an Fischen und Meeresgetier.
