About this property

Large Provencal villa with swimming pool - Aix en Provence - 8 pers

We rent our 200 m2 house with 1000 m2 garden and large swimming pool, very well located 10 min drive from the center of Aix en Provence, and 10 min walk from the Provencal village square of Aix les Milles, 30 min drive from Marseille and the first beaches.
The house is a charming former sheepfold. It comprises 5 bedrooms (including 2 children's bedrooms), a large living room, a kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. Possibility of parking two cars on the property.
Before booking, I would like to have a telephone conversation, so that we can get to know each other better.
Please note for allergy sufferers: “Mimi”, an adorable 4-year-old cat, lives here all year round.

Bien dans l'ensemble quelques petits désagréments

Propriété charmante dans un endroit calme et sans vis à vis qui reste fraîche malgré les fortes chaleurs. Grande piscine propriétaire tres arrangeant. Point à améliorer l'étanchéité de la fosse septique rajouter de la vaisselle, des chaises de jardins et transat qui sont en nombre insuffisant pour une maison louée pour 8 personnes
