Cosy one-bedroom apartment located in Saint Paul, just a stone's throw from city centre.
Ideal for a couple, either on their own or with 1 or 2 children.

Air-conditioned living area, fully equipped kitchen, and furnished living room.

One air-conditioned bedroom, furnished with a 160x200 bed and a closet.

A walk-in shower with a separate toilet.

Private parking for one car.

Close to shops, a bus stop, bakeries, the Saint Paul covered market, a petrol station, and restaurants.

Quick access to the Route des Tamarins for travel to the south or west.

Every Friday and Saturday, the Saint Paul market is held next to the pier, where you can sit down and enjoy samosas, chilli sweets, potato cakes, and other Réunion delicacies.

We’re 5 minutes from the first beach, Boucan Canot, and 15 minutes from L’Ermitage, the most popular beach in the West with its lagoon and casuarina trees.

For hikers of all ages, you’ll find several hiking options:
-Maïdo, with its unique view of the Cirque de Mafate
-A walk through the savanna at Cap Lahoussaye
-Or the Tour des Roches; along the way, you’ll discover the watermill and its pool, where you can cool off.
-a walk around the Saint Paul pond
-a visit to the Creole estate “Villa Rivière”
