This house is composed on the ground floor of a large room overlooking the garden, including a living room-dining room with a fireplace and a separate fully equipped kitchen, a washroom and a toilet, and a storeroom. Upstairs, two bedrooms with double beds and a room with 2 single beds can accommodate 6 people. A bathroom and a toilet complete this level.
Located on the road to Carnac and Quiberon, while being set back from the main routes, this house is a bubble of tranquillity for young and old.
Good to Know:
> At your disposal: Wifi, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace (wood not provided), baby equipment.
> Parking in front of the house.
> Sheets and household linen provided mandatorily. The allocation includes disposable bed protections, sheets, 2 towels per person, bath mats and tea towels.
> Parties and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited.
> Pets are not allowed.
> Electric vehicle charging is prohibited.
The neighbourhood:
The house is located in a hamlet near the RN 165, on the road leading to Carnac and Quiberon. Its privileged location allows reaching the town centre of Auray or the Auray Porte Océane commercial zone, the beaches of Locmariaquer, La Trinité sur Mer or Carnac as well as tourist sites in a few minutes.
The region:
Crac'h is sought after for its tranquillity, preserved landscapes, local traditions, heritage, megalithic sites, walking paths, but also for its privileged location in Southern Brittany, at the heart of the most renowned places: Ste Anne-d'Auray, Carnac, the Gulf of Morbihan, La Trinité-Sur-Mer, Quiberon and its offshore islands...
Here and in the surrounding areas, all pleasures are combined with quality of life: walking, cycling, tennis, nautical and maritime activities, fishing, seafood gastronomy and crêperies, discovery of megalithic sites and chapels, folk or religious events.
Numerous possibilities for walking or cycling (marked trails). For enthusiasts, Saint-Laurent Golf is 15 minutes by car.
Crac'h is very extensive, bordered to the east by the Auray river, and to the west by the Crac'h river. These two rivers open to the south onto the Atlantic Ocean, thus offering a maritime air with oyster parks (Kervilor cove).
To visit: the small island of Cuhan, the Latz tidal mill, Saint-Jean bay... Enjoy exceptional panoramas of the rias such as the Spanish Fort or Saint-Jean bay. Also discover the two megalithic sites of Crac'h that are free to access: the Luffang covered alley and the Kervin-Brigitte dolmen.
Not to be missed, the rich religious heritage with the Saint-Thuriau parish church, and four chapels (Plas-Kaër, Lomarec, Kervin Brigitte and Saint-Jean).
