Cottage in the heart of a vineyard with a private pool during the season

Welcome to the heart of the Clos de la Meslerie vineyard.<br>The Cottage du Vigneron is attached to the manor house, located in the heart of the estate’s vineyards.<br>Upon request, we’ll give you a tour of the wine press house, featuring its historic Mabille press—still in working order—and the cellar, where you’ll enjoy a tasting of wine straight from the barrels!<br><br>As a welcome gesture, we’ll treat you to an aperitif on the evening of your arrival.<br>For breakfast, you’ll find coffee pods, tea, homemade jam, and honey from the estate’s beehives. Fresh bread and pastries will also be delivered on the first morning of your stay.<br><br>You’ll enjoy a stay surrounded by nature, while still being close to the village (3 km) of Vernou-sur-Brenne, where you’ll find 2 bakeries, 2 delis, a bar-tobacco shop, a produce stand, a newsstand, a pharmacy, and a supermarket…<br><br>The ground floor<br>The cottage features a 38 m² living-dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen<br>In this space, you’ll find a Godin wood-burning stove (firewood provided), a stereo system with an USB port, a TV and DVD player (you can borrow DVDs on request from a selection of over 300 titles), and Wi-Fi internet access.<br>There is also a separate toilet, a bedroom with a double bed (13.5 m²), and an attached bathroom (5 m²).<br><br>You’ll have a private terrace facing the 12 x 5 m saltwater-treated heated pool (open in summer only).<br>The terrace includes a barbecue, a table with two benches, outdoor furniture, and a parasol.<br><br>Upstairs (31.5 m²)<br>Upstairs, a landing leads to 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (double bed available upon request), a shower room, and a separate toilet. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.<br><br>Table linens, towels, and bed linens are provided.<br>The beds are made upon your arrival, and end-of-stay cleaning is included in the package, which also covers hot water, electricity, and heating.<br><br>Baby gear can be provided upon request (cot, high chair, baby bathtub, baby bouncer, as well as toys and books) at no additional cost.
