Wonderful family trip

Such a great trip with family! Host was great, we had an issue with tge AC but they had it replaced and fixed in no time! Location was great.

Absolutely loved this house!

We absolutely loved our stay at this house! The position is incredible. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed! The extra linen, beach towels and boogie boards were also really helpful.

Beach cottage

The house has a fantastic location. Very walkable to Kailua beach. The pictures were fairly representative of the interiors. The exterior however is in grave disrepair with extensive rot and termite damage evident. The house is a tear down. I only mention the exterior of the property because the house was swarmed with termites the 3rd day. They were in the bed, sheets, pillowcases, on all the lamps. We did our best to clean them off the sleeping surfaces but still woke up with termites on us. It was disgusting. We cut out visit to Kailua short and checked into a hotel. While the manager offered to send an exterminator, this did not seem like a suitable solution given our young kids were there and the termites were on the beds. I have never had such an unpleasant experience staying anywhere. Rooms were fine, location was great but the termites were unbearable.

Perfect location

We loved this spot! You can’t beat being right across the street from Kailua Beach Park and next to Buzz’s. The property was cute, cozy, and the A/C in the bedrooms worked great! Jessica was very communicative and quick to answer any questions. We would definitely come back and stay!

My mother and I were in Kailua, March 2023. We had an excellent stay and would definitely return to this lovely cottage by Kailua beach park. It had everything we needed and was at the perfect location. Jessica was a wonderful and responsive host.
