Beautiful place situated on the top corner that gives beautiful views from every window, and you feel like you are right on the ocean itself when you go out on the balcony! We even saw the dolphins on our last day staying here! This vacation home is so nice and cozy, I'm sure we will be trying to book another stay in the future! 11/10

This place was very cozy and perfect size for two. It came with a great view and not many people at all so very peaceful! The place was clean and comfy and great space. I would recommend this to anyone trying find a cozy spot with a great view of the beach!!

It is discouraging to get a review like this without any feedback from the guest as to why. This particular guest left our condo a mess (dishes not put away, wet towels on floor, linens not put back in bin, torn comforter and mattress cover along with a broken screen door) all of which we overlooked. So, of course, they top off thier exit with this review. We regret they didn't enjoy thier stay as much as they enjoyed making a mess of our home.

This was our first trip to North Topsail and we absolutely loved it! This condo is in an excellent location with a quick walk to the beach access. Just be mindful of the tide. The balcony views were top notch. I could sit there for hours watching the waves and beach. Host was great at communicating and the condo was perfect for our family of three. Can’t recommend enough! Thank you for helping make our first trip such a success. We will definitely be back.

We were only able to squeeze out 3 days, but they were amazing. Sea spray in your face from the balcony. Dolphins with your morning coffee and the sound of the waves to wash the stress away. Perfect for a couple.
Mornings so not dissapoint.
High tide gave way to a new game...Splash Stairs. Have a seat and enjoy! It's Brisk!
