About this property

Sitting on just over an acre, on the edge of the historic Arbolada, this versatile property offers much without ever leaving and yet is extremely accessible to all the charm surrounding Ojai. The house and guesthouse have been beautifully renovated and provide an abundance of curated design, comfort and fun. Spend time enjoying the outdoors, the large yard is fully fenced and includes a pool, jacuzzi and tennis court. Tons of light pours into the living room and kitchen with french doors that lead out to a covered porch/entertaining areas. Price includes both houses, wi-fi, pool maintenance and weekly housekeeping.

The pool can be heated for an additional $150 per day with 2 days notice and an additional paid day to get it warmed up. Jacuzzi heat is included.

Well behaved dogs are welcome. $125 per pet/per stay

Ojai quiet hours are from 9pm-9am

A Gem

We had an absolutely amazing time. Sheila is wonderful at communication, and the home is very special. We enjoyed all the amenities on site, and the location. It suited our needs perfectly. We would love to return.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. From the host to the house. The only downside is that we had to check out at the end of our stay. We were ready to permanently move in!
