"New Prestigious Townhome, 1 of 4" Close to the Gulch, Mid-town and Downtown Nashville. This 3 LEVEL ROOFTOP townhome is spacious and has plenty of room for large groups. The home features 4 bedrooms/4.5 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, and a 3rd floor entertainment room. The ROOFTOP has a hot tub perfect to relax and/or mingle as you view the city lights of Downtown Nashville. The enclosed outdoor common area has an available firepit and two gas grills. 4 Side by Side Luxury Styled Townhomes in their on secluded community. Private garages for off street parking. Two fully equipped, kitchens (one on the 2nd and one on the 3rd floor). Washer and Dryer available on the 1st and 3rd level of the townhome. 2nd Floor Kitchen/Living Room has 70" HDTV, Master 60" HDTV, 1st floor bedroom 65" HDTV and 3rd floor Entertainment Room 65" HDTV. Guest have the ability to use the enclosed common areas of the property, which includes a fire-pit and two gas grills. Guest are emailed an access code to use during the duration of their stay. The access code will be emailed within 24 hours of scheduled visit. Our home comes with 2 parking spots in the garage for parking along w/ ample property parking. Lyft and Uber are both available in Nashville and are a reasonable options to get to wherever you'd like to go. They start at around $6 to get downtown depending on size of car and requested times. YOU MUST NOTIFY US IF YOU ARE A LOCAL GUEST. YOU MUST HAVE ADDITIONAL APPROVAL BY HOST.

Good friends group property with responsive property manager

The property was great for our friends trip. Lots of bathrooms so we were easily able to get ready at the same time. There were a couple of minor issues while we were at the house but the manager was very responsive and solved everything we had an issue with.

The unit is modern, secure, and met all of our needs for a weekend stay. The open floor plan was especially nice for our friend gathering. And with bedrooms on separate floors provided privacy and accommodated those early risers.

Bacherlorette party

This place was perfect for our bacherlorette party of 12! Very clean and spacious and great decor. Plenty of bathrooms for us ladies to get ready in. Only a few minutes from all the spots on our itinerary. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and views from the rooftop. Neighborhood looks like it's making improvements and upgrades and we felt safe with the gated entrance and home security system. I'd definitely rent this place out again for a large group.

Granddaughter/daughter weekend

This was a weekend planned because my 3 granddaughter all turned 21 within 12 months. We had a wonderful time, the house was beautiful, and felt secure. The house was a little farther from Broadway than we thought but we ubered and it all worked out. There were a couple of cleanliness issues but Property Manager was wonderful and nothing that changed us from having a great weekend. Would stay at this property again.

Group getaway

Over all great place!! Lots of space for large groups and the Location is close to music row. I would say walking distance, but the neighborhood is a little rough so we chose to Uber most places. They are definitely making improvements in the area and an onsite security guard was present on the weekend nights. Had a small issue with the security gate not working but the property manager handled it quickly.

Great location

Great location and layout of property, we really enjoyed our stay. But there is a lot of items in the home that have needed attention for a long time. Broken knobs on the stove, top rack in dishwasher is broken, the main kitchen tap leaks when turned on. We also had the hot water heater turn off on us a few times requiring a reset of the hot water heater. We also had issues with the chemicals in the hot tub, it became unusable after the 2nd day.
