We received enjoyed the location. It was our first time in Savannah and this location allowed us to walk everywhere. The apartment felt like home for the most part I mean can anywhere really feel as good as home?Would definitely stay again!

Property is located within walking distance to all the Historical Town Squares, various restuarants and eating options. Even a CVS Pharmacy within a few blocks. We had no need to drive. The neighborhood was quiet with private parking space easy access alley behind property.

Everything was clean, updated.Very close to historic center, and dot bus. Only trouble we had was with the television, going in and out on us. Probably needed to have your own app. Overall great place to stay. Private balcony, for 2nd floor was nice in evening. Jones Street was beautiful with all the greenery and huge trees. Would definitely recommend.

To clarify, we advertise the front balcony is semi-private because the top floor guests could potentially sit there but it is true that usually the Parlor guests are the ones using it. We have upgraded to ATT Fiber Internet so the connection should be more stable than the Xfinity was.

Queens Perch was a beautiful place to stay in a wonderful location. The space was very clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfortable. Parking was very convenient in the front or back of the property. There was a great little cafe just about a block away where we enjoyed breakfast or brunch, a grocery store within 5 min drive and we found a lot of the tours and sites we wanted to see within walking distance. It was a great time, we’d highly recommend.

Everything was as good as we hoped.The unit is well stocked, space was comfortable and well set up. It’s a beautiful walkable neighborhood. Keep in mind there are steps if that’s an issue for you. The designated parking spot was a plus We would definitely stay here again!

We were in town for our daughter’s elopement at Forsyth park and this location was perfect! We were able to walk everywhere to include the Kroger for last minute groceries. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the quiet environment a lot. We would stay here again for sure!

Communication with the host was easy and efficient. The house looks just like the pictures; beautiful, historic, clean, and well maintained.
