Apartment "By the pool" is located in one of the most popular residential areas close to the University of Würzburg Hubland.
Description
Spend the holidays in the countryside and at the same time staying close to downtown that you can in this 2006 newly built 2-bedroom apartment (65 m²) in country woman with large south facing terrace and direct access to pool and garden.

The modern apartment has a living room with two sofa beds, a double bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom (shower / WC, with window). The bedroom and the living room are covered with parquet and oriented towards the garden. From there you can reach each directly into the spacious outdoor area that you can use together with the landlords with. Garden, terrace and pool invite you to linger. There you can enjoy in modern garden furniture for sunbathing, swimming, table tennis and a barbecue.
