About this property

Large 190-square-meter villa with a pool on a 1,200-square-meter lot in the Camargue, near the sea

We are delighted to welcome you to our family home, decorated with care, and designed so that everyone can have their own privacy. The three bedrooms each have their own bathroom.
The downstairs master suite has its own private terrace (without TV) but adjoins the living room with TV.
The two bedrooms upstairs each have their own bathroom, and share a toilet on the landing. Bedroom number one has its own balcony and TV and bedroom number two has a living room with TV.
Air conditioning throughout.
You can park on the street easily, but you can also fit up to 4 cars in the courtyard, one of which is under shelter.
The house is under alarm and totally fenced, no vis-à-vis with the neighbors, you can enjoy the swimming pool in complete privacy (secured with automatic bar tarpaulin).
A plancha is at your disposal in the summer kitchen under cover.
Thanks to our chicken coop (guaranteed rooster-free!) you can enjoy delicious fresh eggs daily.
A gym awaits you with treadmill, elliptical, weight bench, free weights, TV and fridge.
In the kitchen, everything you need to cook, as well as oil, vinegar, spices...
Egg cooker, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker
Washing machine, dryer, drying rack in the garden
We provide you with bed linen and towels. Flexible arrival and departure times.
Le Cailar is a village in the Camargue ideally located between Nîmes (20 min), Montpellier (30 min) and the beach (20 min).
It is a village of Camargue tradition, with its manades (herds of bulls), and its votive festival at the beginning of August during which bull races (abrivados and bandidos) take place.
On foot you can find a bakery, the post office, the bar, a mini-market open every day except Monday...

Superb

Everything we had wished for! Christophe was always easily accessible via message or phone. The house was amazing and especially good for our teens who had their own suites!! Bakery, small shop and restaurant all within walking distance. You have to travel further afield for larger towns/villages so a car is essential. Would return in a heartbeat.

3 eme année de location chez Christophe et Stephanie Tout est parfait comme d’habitude : le logement , la piscine , la souplesse sur les heures de départ , la sympathie des propriétaires toujours à l’écoute et prêt à rendre service .Aussi cette année , accueil avec deux belles corbeilles de fruits et légumes et quelques boissons au frigo .Compliqué de trouver mieux sûrement Merci pour tout

Excellent logement . Tout est parfait .

Accueil des propriétaires très sympathique, accueillant très à l’ecoute et souple sur les horaires de départ et d’arrivée .Maison décorée avec goût, spacieuse pour 8 personnes et très bien équipée . Tout à fait conforme à la description sans mauvaise surprise .Localisation parfaite et calme pour se reposer. Quelques commerces accessibles à pieds . Merci pour tout et à bientôt sûrement .

Séjour en famille très agréable

Séjour très agréable dans une maison magnifique, fonctionnelle, située à proximité de sites touristiques mais tout en étant au calme. Nos hôtes très sympathique et souriant qui font en sorte que tout se passe bien avec un contact rapide en cas de questions. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette jolie demeure.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Der Empfang war schon sehr liebevoll. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind wunderschön, alles liebevoll gestaltet, es fehlte nichts. Die Besitzer sind sehr bemüht, dass man einen schönen Urlaub verbringt.. mit frischen Eiern, frischen Obst und Ausflugstipps. Wir fühlten uns richtig wohl. Herzensgrüsse an die wundervollen Besitzer
