Our guest house is a fully furnished 400 SQ. foot tiny home with full-size appliances, private bedroom, loft, living room including a full bathroom with bathtub and shower. The private bedroom on the main floor features a full bed with a closet. The loft area is open to the living and kitchen area with queen accommodations and a reading/sitting area. Our living area faces west for lovely sunset views, electric fireplace, flat screen TV/DVD player, and includes Direct TV. The property also has access to WiFi. The kitchen is fully functional to either cook a beautiful meal at home or to sit back and relax after a meal in town. If you don't feel like cooking indoors, we have provided a gas BBQ grill and outdoor covered sitting area on the upper deck, while the sunny lower deck features two outdoor lounge chairs and sitting area for lounging or visiting about your day. Our place is an ideal couples retreat and great location to explore Eastern Idaho and Western Wyoming during any season. Our own domestic critters include geese (the three stooges), ducks, peacocks, a few cats and "Jack" our Border Collie for a bit of entertainment.
Heading outside, views from the front decks face west to the Big Hole mountains for beautiful sunsets with milkshakes or cocktails in hand. Grand Targhee to the northeast, the winter ski, and summer mountain bike resort, can also be viewed from the decks. We are centrally located from the towns of Driggs (3 miles) and Victor (7 miles) for shopping and a plethora of dining experiences while Grand Targhee is a mere 9 miles away. Even though we are close to local features, we are set in a laid back rural area of the valley which offers peace and quiet for those days or evenings when you just want to wind down. Numerous bike trails, hiking, golfing, fishing or a nice float on the Teton River are minutes away for summer users. In the winter season, skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and other winter sports are abundant. We are a hop skip and a jump to Jackson Hole Wyoming, Grand Teton National Park, as well as Yellowstone National Park.

We loved our stay here! The peacocks were a pleasant surprise (I forgot I saw that in other reviews). They didn’t start up until almost 8 am most mornings, so never an early wake up call!
Lovely tiny home. Not too far from Teton. Very relaxing with everything you need. Peacocks were a surprise but other than a bit mouthy they were super cute and friendly. Would recommend for a couple of people.
The property was great for us. Great location to explore the Tetons and mountain trails nearby! We did figure out that a tiny home isn’t for us but we really enjoy the stay. The peacocks wer fun to watch and one of them came to our porch to visit every day!!
This little place was so cute and fun to stay in!! Our kiddos loved it and had a great time. The check in process was super easy too!! Really cute town and the Three Peaks restaurant in town is fabulous!!
We had a great stay and enjoyed Driggs, Victor and Grand Tetons. As we expected from past reviews, the peacocks were noisy early and the loft definitely required crawling. However, our 11 and 13 year olds were totally enamored with sleeping in the loft.

Lovely, relaxing spot. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck each evening, enjoying the cool breeze. The little house was well furnished, and comfortable. Had everything we needed! Would love to stay again!
This tiny house was at a great location. Just far off the major road to give you that quiet farm feel, but just minutes to town by car to grab food. The peacocks are a nice addition to the stay and although a little noisy during the day, they are quiet at night while you sleep.
Perfect location, close enough to the national parks and Jackson Hole. The birds and ducks on the property are friends and so are the horses across the street. Liked how secluded it was.
Joann is easy to work with. She is attentive to questions. The place is clean and nice. Driggs is a cute town and great places to eat. Reasonable distance to Jackson and a beautiful drive to get there.
The tiny house was very cute, had all of the necessities, and a few surprise residents…peacocks! The owner called us the day before arriving to confirm our arrival time and to give directions. It was a nice, quiet area, with the sound of a babbling brook outside. The only thing I would suggest to make our stay better would be a better mattress. After driving two days to get to the Tetons, the bed was not the worst I have ever slept on, but it could be better. I am thankful we had such a friendly host!
A beautiful location, enjoyed seeing the sun rise and set over the mountains. The peacocks are morning birds so no need to set an alarm. Did not realize the peacocks would be roaming the property. Also the loft was crawling room only. Overall we enjoyed our stay the house was clean and it was easy to find things in there.
Our family had an amazing stay in this tiny oasis. Our boys (4 and 8) loved the loft and the peacocks. The house has everything you need and more and they utilize the space so well. We spent a day exploring Driggs and Grand Targhee, there are plenty of trials and the views are phenomenal. The property is about 2 hours from the West and South entrances of Yellowstone so we could easily make a day trip their as well. Everything you may need/want is available in Driggs and we felt like we could have just stayed and enjoyed the things the nearby towns had to offer as well. We are so happy we found this place!

Thank you. We are happy that you enjoyed yourselves.
The cabin was small and comfortable. All basic necessities were there: kitchen, washer/dryer, etc. Only didn't know the wi-fi passkey, but I just used my phone as a hotspot for my computer. The peacocks were cute and friendly, would come right up to us. But they did like to start making noise about 6 am, lol, so hope you are an early riser. Overall, we had a good experience.
