Located in the heart of Pouilly sur Loire, just 50 meters from the banks of the Loire River, Christophe will be delighted to welcome you to this charming detached house, ideally situated with direct access via the A77 highway.

Pouilly sur Loire is a privileged village known for its terroir, vineyards, and natural reserve. Just 15 minutes away from Sancerre (voted as the Favorite Village of the French in 2021), close to La Charité sur Loire, Nevers, and only 2 hours from Paris.

You'll be in a quiet area yet close to amenities such as restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, and beauty centers, with a market held every Friday.

The house can accommodate 2-4 adults (1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed) with parking available in front of the house.

Het huis ligt midden in Pouilly sur Loire. Er is een bakkerswinkel vlakbij en ook een gezellig restaurant. En je zit zo op het fietspad om langs de Loire te fietsen. De omgeving is prachtig door de wijngaarden. En we hebben veel reigers en roofvogels gezien. En leuke plaatsen in de omgeving zoals la Charité en Sancerre

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un week-end très agréable dans ce gîte situé idéalement au bord de la Loire dans le charmant village de Pouilly sur Loire. Le gîte est confortable et a été rénové récemment avec goût. Les hôtes sont très réactifs et ont à coeur que leurs invités passent un très bon séjour, ce qui a été notre cas. Nous recommandons chaudement ce gîte pour visiter la région.
