While visiting our home, you will enjoy the peace and serene nature of the preserve as the home has no rear neighbors. Wildlife is abundant in the neighborhood as you might see Sand Cranes, squirrels, deer and many other friendly wildlife creatures.
Far enough from the hustle and bustle of Kissimmee, but still only 20 minutes from Disney, other main attractions, shopping and retail. Grocery stores and amenity locations are less than 5 minutes away.
Our home boasts over 3500 square feet, two stories, open concept floor plan, six bedrooms (all upstairs), four of the six bedrooms are ensuite, while the other two share a bathroom via Jack and Jill set up. The downstairs is set up for gathering and entertaining. The home is light, bright and airy for you to sprawl out and and make our home your own during your stay.
Our large back patio area is inclusive with a lanai with plenty of seating and outdoor dining furniture. Perfect for outdoor living and entertaining during your visit. Enjoy the pool and spa all under a large enclosed pool screen with a propane BBQ for complimentary use during your stay. Steps from the pool you can enjoy nature at its finest in the back yard that backs to the wooded preserve.
This oversized home offers you the room you need, the amenities you desire and the quality you deserve to unplug, unwind and relax on your vacation.
Enjoy high speed internet (100mps), Roku, Nest lock and Thermostat, Cable and Xbox gaming upstairs in the loft. Have a little fun in the downstairs game room with our Arcade games, pool table, foosball and air hockey.
Kitchen is fully equiped with pots, pans, bakeware, dishes and everything that you would need to cook up a meal. Also complete with appliances you would expect such as blender, toaster, Keurig and more.
We dedicate the time needed to ensure our home is prepared properly for each and every guest. With attention to detail in cleaning, stock of supplies, functionality of the home and most importantly a local host that is nearby to help ensure your stay is nothing short of exceptional.
