Step into a bright, open-concept home designed for relaxation and connection. With no rear neighbors and a peaceful conservation view, you’ll enjoy extra privacy—something guests truly value.

The main living area is designed for relaxation, featuring a large 65” Smart TV and ample seating. Upstairs, the loft provides an additional lounge space with another 65” Smart TV and cozy seating—ideal for unwinding after a day out. All bedrooms are equipped with 40” Smart TVs for your convenience.

The home offers a well-balanced sleeping arrangement:

3 bedrooms with king-sized beds
1 bedroom with a queen bed
2 bedrooms with twin beds

The master bedrooms on the second floor each feature their own private en-suite bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is 1 bedroom with a king bed, along with a full bathroom that is located just outside the bedroom (not attached).

The hot tub and pool took the full first day to get warm but we loved having them the rest of the stay. The place is so large and convenient -a little dated and could use some paint but well worth the cost! Check in needs to be better. We didn’t have the address to the right gate to check in and there are several of them. Overall an awesome place to stay

Regarding the pool and spa, as communicated prior to arrival, Florida experienced unusually freezing temperatures at the time of your arrival. These colder conditions significantly impact heating times, and as noted in advance, the pool and spa do require additional time to reach the desired temperature. For check-in, the correct gate and access details were shared in advance of your arrival. That said, we’ll review our instructions again to ensure they are as clear as possible for all guests. Very beautiful house with lots of room for 12 guests. communication with the host was good, they are very attentive. The property manager messed up on our arrival date but they answered when called and quickly remedied the situation to get us through the community gates. The resort is lovely. Pool and hot tub are very nice, hot tub takes over an hour to get nice and hot though. House has really nice appliances, could have a few more serving dishes but we made it work. The reason for only 3 stars is the quality of beds and pillows. The twin beds may be fine for children but not for young or older adults. Very wobbly, just really bad. The other beds are pretty firm, not horrible. The bed pillows need to be replaced, flat and hard in most rooms. I shared this with the owner so this may be addressed for future guests. The downstairs bedroom has a king bed but a very small detached bathroom, which is the only bathroom downstairs, there is no 1/2 bath. We were surprised it was not a downstairs master with an en-suite. The 2 master suites upstairs were very nice.

We’re glad we were able to promptly resolve the arrival issue and that you otherwise enjoyed the space and features of the property. That said, we would like to clarify a few points. The concerns regarding the pillows were only communicated after your stay. Had this been brought to our attention at check-in or during your visit, we would have replaced them immediately, as we are highly responsive to guest needs in real time. Unfortunately, this did not give us the opportunity to address the issue during your stay. Additionally, we have hosted many guests and have not received prior complaints regarding the pillows or bedding. The twin beds are standard and primarily intended for children, which is typical for this type of setup and is accurately reflected in the listing. We would also like to clarify that the listing does not advertise a half bath or a downstairs en-suite.  While we appreciate all feedback, we do feel that concerns not raised during the stay—and preferences that are clearly outlined in the listing—do not fully reflect the overall experience we aim to provide. We always encourage guests to review listing details carefully and to communicate any concerns during their stay so we can ensure the best possible experience.

Beautiful and clean house and property!

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was a beautiful house and very comfortable. Championsgate is a beautiful neighborhood with restaurants a short drive away. The resort pool and clubhouse is really cool with lots of things to do. Looking forward to staying again.

Perfect Florida vacation

This house is big, beautiful and immaculate! Plenty of room for our multigeneration vacation. Easy communication with homeowners. Easy to get into the community. Plenty of parking. We hope to return next year so we can take advantage of the community pool/waterpark.

Great spring break home!

We had a group of 8 and everyone had so much room!! House was well equipped and clean. Pool and spa was wonderful. The TV’s all are smart tvs and all worked perfect. This house was on a end with no back neighbors which was nice. Our host was awesome always answering any questions quickly. We definitely would stay again!!

Great Family Vacation

We had a great stay in Orlando and this house is perfect for families! A nice quiet street with a beautiful view from the pool (private on one side with a pond - we loved sitting out in the morning having coffee and listening to all the birds!). The house has everything you would need - Nice sized bedrooms, lots of bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, eating area and living room. Preeti was very attentive and was in communication with me the whole time from check-in to check-out. Thank you so much for allowing our family to spend our holiday here! We would definitely re-book!

This is an absolute 💯 for a family. Very peaceful neighborhood and very safe.

This was the most amazingly beautiful rental home anyone could ask for. Everything was just like it was listed. Very spacious and clean. A Vacation to Remember

We treasured our time at Champions Gate. Preeti was a wonderful host who was in communication as needed. From the location, to the immaculate spaces, we found ourselves so glad we opted out of staying on Disney Property (I would never usually say that!!). Outstanding modern home at Champion’s Gate!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The home was large, modern and beautifully appointed. Temperature was comfortable inside the house and the space was just perfect for our large family. The pool and hot tub were just fantastic! Very close to all activities, shopping, restaurants, etc. which was convenient. A couple very minor issues were addressed professionally by property manager and owner. Very satisfied with our stay and this property; I would recommend this home highly to future guests!

Acoff family vacation

This home was perfect for our family trip. It was clean. It was stocked with most of the things we needed. The entire family enjoyed the pool. Our only issue was getting to the home. The road was blocked from the main security point so we had to go another route and it was a bit confusing, especially at night. Other than that we had a wonderful time and can't wait to visit again.

Lovely home and great stay

The house looked just like the pictures and was immaculately clean. The hot tub heated to a true hot tub temperature which was important to us and the pool was great as well. The host was amazing at prompt responses to my questions. It’s a nice bonus that the house is on the end with no one right behind so it felt very private when enjoying the beautiful patio, which we did regularly. We particularly enjoyed the coziness of the upstairs seating area and the generous quantity and size of the bedrooms and bathrooms. We also went over to the community pool area and enjoyed those amenities as well as use the basketball court which was right around the corner. Groceries were nearby which was handy, too. Thanks for a great stay.

My family and I have been renting a home in Orlando for the past seven years for a vacation. Most of the homes have been fine but we never considered renting the same one. This house will be the exception.The house is beautiful and was immaculate. It is fully stocked with everything you need. High end appliances. The hot tub was a nice surprise as it actually got hot despite the temperature at night going below 50 degrees. The resort was also great. Pools and slides all over the place. The host was amazing. Although there were no issues I did have some questions. My inquiries were answered almost immediately. We will be going back.

Family Trip

Our family trip included seven adults and we were very happy with our choice to stay at this property. The entire property is very clean and spacious! We were very happy with the distance behind the house to the next house and as a bonus there was no house to the north as well which helped with privacy. A small pond (with alligator present daily) and ample street parking were across the street. The main level featured a living room area, laundry room, garage (with games), king size bedroom, full bathroom, and a gorgeous kitchen with many common items you would need to make most meals. Upstairs were two more king bedrooms with full bathrooms, a queen size bedroom, two bedrooms with two twin beds and two additional full bathrooms in addition to a small living room area. There was plenty of room to spread out for all. Our favorite feature of the property was the patio area with a nice sized pool and spa. We paid the extra $35 per day to heat the pool and spa. The pool filter was not working properly and despite the best efforts of the owner to resolve the issue it was not fixed prior to our departure. The owner was kind enough to refund the heating portion assigned to the pool. The spa worked well until the last day when the pool filter issued caused an issue with the spa water level. There are many nearby shopping centers and restaurants. In addition, the Champions Gate amenities were very nice. Due to the pool issue, we did spend one afternoon at the community pool area. The

We will be back!

We loved this house! Very clean, private back yard, great location. We heated the pool and would highly recommend doing the same. The only downfall was the Oasis pool was freezing. It would have been the perfect trip if we were able to spend more time at oasis (many other families felt the same way). We will be back next year! Thank you!
