Bel Even - Two Bedroom House, Sleeps 4

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Plouër-sur-Rance, this charming stone house of character of a surface of 60 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², an open equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and a terrace. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

On the ground floor :
- A living room of 30 m² with TV, stove, sofas and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine...
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a sofa.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds and an office space.

Outside:
- A terrace of 30 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

The house is ideally located in Plouër-sur-Rance, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit in the surroundings of all the essential businesses but also of stores, restaurants, bars, market...

- Downtown Plouër-sur-Rance located at 2 km (4 minutes by car).
- Dinan located at 12 km (14 minutes by car).
- Dinard located at 16 km (19 minutes by car).

It’s exactly like in the pictures. 🙁 There was no internet neither from Wi-Fi or mobile. We decided not to ask for a fix to have family quality time. I called the hostess Vanessa on the third day and she said she would call the provider to fix. I said not to worry about us, so I am not if it was fixed after our check out. You may want to double check that before booking if internet matters."

Bel Even Der Kontakt mit Vanessa war vor, während und nach der Reise sehr angenehm. Wir wurden im Haus persönlich in Empfang genommen. Das Haus war sauber und geschmavoll eingerichtet. Allerdings war das Wohnzimmer doch schon recht dunkel, was man im Inserat leider nicht sehen konnte. Aber da war viele Ausflüge unternommen haben, war das überhaupt kein Problem. Schön war auch die kleine Terrasse. Das Haus liegt zwar an einer Hauptstraße, aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern war es sehr ruhig. Auch in der Küche waren alle wichtigen Utensilien vorhanden und reichlich Gläser und Geschirr. Der Ort an sich war recht klein, aber von dort aus war man sehr schnell in Dinard, Dinan, St. Malo und Le Mont-Saint-Michel. Wir können das Haus und die Agentur uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder !
