We absolutely loved this property . The house was clean and inviting. Perfect for our family who was traveling with our dog . Would stay here again and again. The host is always quick to respond. Check in and out was super easy .

Seamless! Perfect place for 25ft boat with ramp around the corner. Ice machine and extra fridge in the garage made things a little easier. David was fast responding and made our stay easy peasy. Looking forward to next year!

This was the most well-stocked Vrbo I have ever stayed at. The Host had thought of everything that might be needed for a perfect Florida vacation. Loved the pool and colored lights at night . Launched the kayaks and paddle board right off the dock . Great location and were able to go scalloping and redfish fishing in nearby Ozello

We absolutely love this house. Works great for two couples with two kids and easily three kids as there is bunk beds with and extra mattress on the bottom. Toys in the kids rooms, dog stuff if you brought your dogs. This place has it all. Our 29' boat fits at the dock perfectly and even though its a longer ride to the house by boat then some its actually an nice ride and there is a ton of history about the land on either side of the canal we have learned about. The ice maker is a super bonus also for the boating folks, i have the same one at home so of course its great. I hate chasing ice before a boat day. We go for scalloping season and love sitting by the pool after a day of scalloping on the boat and cooling of in the pool. I highly recommend this house and you won't be disappointed. Ps the master shower is amazing

We feel so lucky that we were able to spend time at this property. Lovely, clean, home, nice neighborhood, convenient to all kinds of activities, including seeing manatees, dolphins. Many wonderful places to enjoy seafood!

This property worked perfect for our family of 6 and 2 dogs. House was clean and had a lot of items that most people forget which was handy. The fenced in area for the dogs was life saving. Will definitely be returning to this property!

Great place to stay. My husband and I ran almost everyday. Our family had pickle ball tournaments at nearby courts. My son played tennis at other courts. My kids went fishing in the kayaks every day and grilled the fish on the Blackstone. We also saw two Manatee while we were out paddle boarding and the boys saw dolphins out on the river. The house was as advertised and had everything we needed. The owner was quick to reply with all questions. Thanks for the stay!

Everything was wonderful - location, neighbors and surroundings, cleanliness, responsiveness, lots of dishes and cooking utensils, blankets, laundry room… we stayed for 9 days and loved every second. Perfect place for family time and exploring Crystal River, Rainbow Springs, UF, Weeki Wachee, The Chaz, Homassassa Springs… we would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you!

We had a great time and enjoyed this home. Definitely recommend. We had 2 couples and our 2 sons and it was a perfect fit for us, with our 29' boat we had no trouble with tides or the bridge height.
