You'll find a huge outdoor living space where you can soak up the invigorating Florida sunshine as well as enjoying breathtaking views! This three bedroom, three bathroom condo sleeps 8 with a king bed in the main suite, a queen bed in the second bedroom, a queen sofa sleeper in the great room, and a daybed with a trundle in the loft area. Coastal blues and nautical décor welcome you as soon as you open the front door of this condo! The open floor plan great room features a queen sized sleeper sofa, love seat, and two swivel chairs. There's a huge TV with free Roku Streaming included. Be sure to bring your devices so you can surf by the surf with Lux Speed high speed WiFi at no additional charge. Walk out to the balcony through sliding glass doors in the great room or dining room to feel the refreshing coastal breezes and listen to the gulls calling. The dining table has six chairs and additional seating at the bar for four. It's a great place for enjoying your meals or playing cards or board games with the whole group! The kitchen looks out over the dining room to the ocean so, you have a great beach view even while you are on kitchen duty! Modern appliances, dishes, pots and pans, flatware, glassware, etc. are all included with your rental. So, you can cook in if your don't feel like going out to one of the amazing restaurants that are near by.

The Seashell Cottage Main Suite has a comfy king sized bed and a private en-suite main bathroom. Relax in comfort with high thread count linens, fluffy pillows and big thirsty towels. There's a flat screen TV with Roku, too. You'll love this private hideaway! You'll love the rinsing off a "hard day at the beach" in this fully renovated walk-in shower with bench seating.

The Sunset Sails second bedroom has a queen sized bed with luxury linens and fluffy pillows for a great night's sleep. The nautical décor really sets the mood for a great beach vacation! The flat screen TV is great for relaxing, too. This room has a private entrance to the adjacent full bathroom so there's plenty of privacy here. The window opens onto the hallway outside and there is a closet for storage. The private second bathroom is beautifully decorated and offers an elegant tiled walk-in shower with single vanity.

Climb the spiral staircase to the Crow's Nest loft and find a daybed a trundle. There's a flat screen TV and mini bar area, too. The loft area also offers a third bathroom with single vanity and tub/shower combo. Step out onto your ultra private 600 sq.ft. roof top sun deck! Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

The kids splash pad is available free of charge as well. Each Tower and Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool with various hot tubs scattered about the Tower side.
