Come and dream again in this 4 bedroom, 2 bath, quiet space that is just 15 minutes from Surf City beaches. Beach days and relaxation await you in this roomie cottage. Enjoy your first cup of coffee in the rocking chairs on the front porch, get 9 holes in before lunch, and take the kids to a large park just around the corner with 4 Baseball fields! The scent of salty ocean air will fill your senses as you make your plans for the day. The cottage is tucked away about a mile from the 17 and a mile from the Intracoastal water way boat drop in. The perfect place to drop in those paddle boards! Down Town Wilmington is a 30 minute drive, and Camp Lejeune is about 40 minutes away. Rest, rejuvenate, relax. It's time to dream again!

Beautiful house!

The house was so pretty and super clean, the owners checked on us a few times and were so nice. The house is 15 minutes away from surf city beach and 20 from topsail beach. Overall I would stay here again!

Family Vacation

This was the perfect place for us, the house was clean, rooms were accommodating and we loved the fence in yard for our dogs. Hot tub was a plus and so was the fire pit. We would love to return for another summer trip, hopefully a little longer because we enjoyed it so much! And not far from the beach at all :) thanks for the great rental!

Great Stay at Dream Again Cottage

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Stayed here with my husband, our four year old daughter, and our in laws for a vacation. We drove to the beach many mornings. This would be a great property to stay at if you want to golf, as the course is nearby. The house was great; we brought up a few items with the owner that needed cleaning/attention at the end of our stay and they were responsive. Highly recommend staying here!

Comfortable Accommodations

Dream Cottage is a lovely house with a nice layout, great size kitchen and living area. Extremely clean, nice porch with rocking chairs. TV was easy to use and we watch our favorite teams on ESPN. Not far from Surf City andTopsail. The beaches were great. Great restaurants and shopping nearby.

Great house and close drive to the beach!

House was good. Beds were semi comfy, we like a little less squeaky when turning over in bed so not to wake the whole house up when getting up to use the restroom or roll over. Kitchen was nice.

Merry Christmas

Booked this home due to its proximity to family's house. Host was easy to communicate with and was welcoming. We originally intended to have our sons stay with us, but they ditched us for Grandma's house! Yard was great as we prefer to and did travel with our pups. Host even had a Christmas tree up for the holiday! Thanks again, would highly recommend this house and host!

This home felt like home. Great amenities/top line appliances in the kitchen and access to Washer/dryer really helps with such a large group in one place. the comfort in the home was excellent. the yard was easy to enjoy - watching the birds in the morning and the overall atmosphere was very comforting and enjoyable. This cute place is so easy to feel at home in. It’s layout is roomy and homey at the same time. Everything you need is in the cottage and the fenced in yard is SO nice. Neighborhood is friendly, can’t ask for a better spot!

My family of 8 loved our stay! It was a perfect location for us as we travelled between Wilmington and Surf City. Also, nice to be near a park for running and a grocery store. Memories Made

The Dream Again Cottage was the perfect little place for our family to stay and make memories. Marla was amazing communicator and the house was so clean. There were new floors throughout and the kitchen was excellent for making meals. There was a fenced-in backyard and room to play with the kids. For quieter times, there was a front porch and screened-in patio with rocking chairs. The master bedroom is separate from the other two bedrooms, which is nice for privacy. We will definitely be back to continue making memories at the Dream Again Cottage.

Hey There! We are a family that loves to adventure and we LOVE hosting others who need a retreat! We can't wait for you to visit our cottage.

We are a retired military family who have been giving families a place to make memories for over 5 years! This is our family's home away from home. It is not perfect, but the memories we have created are divine. Although we are laid back, we are also quick to resolve any issues that may arise.
We hope you make many memories that last a life time!

Note: If you're looking for problems, lack a sense of humor, OR you're a chronic complainer- this is not the place for you. We love giving light hearted families and couples a comfortable place to stay. (+fur pups included) This is not the Ritz-Carlton... it's a beach cottage.

Extra Guests and Parties:
We do not allow extra guests simply because some people have ruined if for the rest, and have had parties that got out of hand. Chain of commands/authorities had to be contacted.
Having unregistered guests OR over 8 people WILL result in an immediate cancelation. No parties allowed!

Respecting the property is a must. We try to keep rates reasonable so you, too, can have a relaxing, memory making, vacation experience. When the home, the host, and the rules are disrespected- rates and rules increase.

Why they chose this property

From the moment you step in the cottage you will feel a weight lifted off your shoulders. With the Beach 15 min. driving distance you can start your day off at the beach watching the sunrise and end your day on the patio in the hot tub.
If you're looking for problems, lack a sense of humor, OR you're a chronic complainer- this is not the place for you. We are a light hearted family that enjoy this space when guests are not there. If there's an emergency, we are quick to rectify it. It's a cozy cottage that holds many family memories. It's our little slice of heaven that we love to stay at. We love hosting families like ours who are light hearted and are just wanting a reasonable get away to relax and make memories.

Out door spaces, driving distance to the beach, 5 minutes from the closest boat drop, the spacious kitchen, Kiwanis park just 2 minutes away.... the relaxation is endless.
