This studio is perfect. Whether in town for business, a wedding or one of Wilmington's famous festivals, this efficiency is sure to please. It has an extremely comfortable king sized bed, luxury linens, office area, view of a mature back yard, and use of 2 brand new bicycles. Located on a corner, with direct access to the Mayfaire Shopping Center, City Trail, and two miles from the beach. Come relax. Daily maid/laundry service is available.
This property is on a busy corner, with lots of foot and vehicle traffic. There are sidewalks and pet friendly, green spaces all around. THE BACK YARD IS NOT INCLUDED. Fur babies need to be on leashes when outside.

Amazing Stay

I was in Wilmington for a wedding and had the pleasure of staying at this amazing property! Property was very clean and in quiet neighborhood. In walking distance to shops and restaurants in Mayfair. Owners were super nice and very accommodating- even let us stay an extra night free because it happened to be open! I highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking to stay in Wilmington, NC!

This property is an excellent place to stay if you are visiting the Wilmington NC area. Has everything you need and is comfortable. The owner is super friendly and will direct you to anything you need.

Amazing Inexpensive Getaway Location!

The apartment was provided with all the essentials, such as plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer...and Anne offered beach chairs and a sunshade. We'll repeat for sure if available next time we want to spend the night near the beach :)

10 star communication with host…Anne did everything to ensure a wonderful stay for us! The place is a very cute efficiency in a quiet and safe neighborhood within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Bed was super comfortable!! Will definitely return the next time we visit our daughter!!

Relaxing Rainy Weekend

My boyfriend and I and our fur babies had a nice relaxing stay here during memorial day weekend. Although it rained the whole time we were there the host gave us some tips on what to do since we couldn't enjoy the beach. It was definitely the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in and it was hard to readjust to our bed at home haha! Would definitely stay again, hopefully with better weather next time!

Great stay!

Everything was great and an easy check in! Only thing that I will say is that there is no longer a couch. There are two chairs in its place. That didn’t effect our stay at all though and we had a fabulous weekend trip!

Excellent place to stay near Mayfaire.

This property was clean and quiet with many amenities on site. The neighborhood was very safe and neighbors were friendly. The proximity to Mayfaire center shopping was a bonus! We enjoyed being in a neighborhood close to nice restaurants. We would not change anything about our stay. It is a memorable place in which to stay again. :) Eric

Best stay we’ve found!

My best friend and I came up for the weekend from Florida to come explore the city and sight see, and this home was absolutely a perfect find for us. It’s right in the middle of everywhere we wanted to travel to, and just an overall beautiful home. Ann was very kind to both of us, and is an amazing host! She leaves out an information sheet of her favorite restaurants to check out, has a cute little kitchenette for you to use, has pretty much anything you might’ve forgotten stocked and ready for you to use. We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely come back. 10/10 in our opinion!!

Perfect for needs

Anne’s place is clean, stylish and had everything we needed. We were in town for a soccer tournament and brought along an extra kid (teen). Anne graciously proved us with an inflated air mattress for us to use and made it up with cozy blankets. She was a great communicator from beginning to end, always with immediate responses. And the location was situated 10-15 min from the beach and a bit further to the soccer field but that was less important to the kids than the beach :). Dinner at Brixx in the shopping area close by after a physical day of soccer games was perfect. Would stay there again!

After many years of traveling with our jobs, we decided to give VRBO a chance instead of hotels. Our experience was always great. The hotels near our home in Wilmington seem to be sold out, or very expensive, so we decided to put our studio on VRBO. The last time my family visited, my husband stayed in the studio. He said it was the most comfortable bed he'd ever slept in, and I had a hard time getting him back into the main house.

Why they chose this property

Location!!! Living here is like being on vacation. We walk or ride our bikes everywhere. Restaurants, shopping, the beach. I love an established mature neighborhood, but it is rare to find one so close to the action. Great sidewalks for walking.
