Wonderful and chic 1 bedroom apartment 3 blocks from the Riverwalk. Best location in Wilmington, near everything. there are 2 total beds (1 queen in bedroom and pullout in living room) Freshly painted and thoughtful amenities to make you feel right at home. Keurig machine fully stocked to help you start your day. 50 inch smart TVs. Bedroom has built in USB ports in the lamps. Living room built in USB and outlets in the end tables. Nice outside patio as well to relax and chill. Free on site parking as well. This is the place to stay!

This unit is part of a gorgeous , historic triplex in the heart of downtown Wilmington. There is another 1 bedroom apartment in addition to this unit upstairs, as well as a terrific downstairs 2 bedroom apartment.

Cozy clean property short walk to downtown

By far one of the cleanest rentals we have been in. We enjoyed how close the property was to downtown and how cute and cozy it was. Steven was great to communicate with and our entire trip went by without any issues. We will definitely stay here or another one of their properties on our next trip to Wilmington!

Great Place

This was a great little place to use as our home base for our mother daughter get away. We walked downtown and explored and used Ubers to explore everything else Wilmington has to offer. Very clean and private. I was thankful for the off street parking available.

Beautiful, quaint apartment right in the heart of Historic Wilmington. My daughter and I loved it! She's 7 and we were easily able to walk to downtown. apt. had every amenity we needed. Quick and excellent communication with the host.

Everything was great. I am handicapped and the stairs were long and steep. I don’t recall the ad even mentioning 2nd floor or a difficult long stairwell. Still had a great time. It would have been nice to have the option decide knowing that. Thank you, Kelly

Good location and good communication

Simple vacation rental, no frills, exact as the listing. Good if you’re in town for a wedding. The ac unit in the bedroom is very noisy so we turned it off, the unit would probably have been way too hot in the summer months for us. Something to keep in mind if you are noise or temp sensitive. The owner is very quick at responding and provides good directions. Plus a free parking space behind the home!

Historic Half run and visiting daughter at UNCW

Needed a place to stay downtown, was running the Wilmington Historic Half early Sat morning. Arrived late Friday evening. Apartment so cute and clean. Great location. Easy to get into with private back stairs. They are steep, so be aware if that’s a physical issue. But there is a front door entrance as well. Apartment was perfect, had everything we needed and bed slept great! We did have a family emergency and had to leave a day early and hosts were super responsive and understanding. We will book here again and again for future visits. Can’t wait for different seasons too!!

This place was perfect for my mom, daughter, and I. Although there were a couple of minor issues (sheets & lights) when we arrived, Steve took care of things immediately and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. Would stay here again!

Very clean, not even a dust bunny under the bed which was comfortable. Nice amenities. Charming claw foot tub. Must be able to go up stairs. Location is awesome. Quiet and very walkable to downtown. Lovely property. Responsive hosts. Nicely located. Given the presence of Gen X in Wilmingtons’s water supply, a couple of bottles of water in the fridge would have been nice upon my arrival before I had a chance to shop. My other stays in Wilmington have included that.

Great location for soccer tournament

My husband, teenage son and I stayed the weekend here for a soccer tourney, just 4 miles from the unit. We enjoyed having a kitchen to make breakfast each morning. I loved going for a morning run from the unit to the Riverwalk. Steven was very responsive

Perfect location!

This historic house is so cute! It's right off of the expressway so easy to get to. It is 2 blocks from the water and downtown area. There is the cutest coffee shop right around the corner. All of the houses in this neighborhood are breathtaking! The porch is so nice to sit on and take it all in! Host was amazing!
