This was our first trip to Wilmington and this spot was perfect! Great location for walking to downtown restaurants, shops, and the riverwalk. Convenient parking and easy access to get in/out when having to drive places. Living space and amenities are great and the check out process was the easiest one we've experienced! Highly recommend this property/host!

The property is in an excellent location. Easy walk to the historic area full of restaurants, cafes, shops, and more. Easy 20ish minute drive to Wrightsville Beach. The owners are very organized and great communicators. The place was immaculate and loved that it was a historic house! I would definitely book here again! 10 out of 10!

Great stay! The apartment was clean, AC was great, and the place is even bigger than the photos show! The neighborhood is beautiful and very safe at night. They have everything you need including many towels, pots/pans/etc, and even a blow drier and straightener. 10/10 would stay again!

A fantastic experience, such a whimsical and beautifully decorated space, and in walking distance to everything! Being able to walk right out to door to Bespoke (an amazing coffee shop) and then along the boardwalk with our coffees in the early morning was such a highlight of our stay!

That seems a little harsh. All because the dishwasher broke while you were there? The counter tops are gorgeous and brand new.As is the paint and ninety percent of the furniture Sorry you had to wash your dishes by hand lol
