This studio is perfect. Whether in town for business, a wedding or one of Wilmington's famous festivals, this efficiency is sure to please. It has an extremely comfortable king sized bed, luxury linens, office area, view of a mature back yard, and use of 2 brand new bicycles. Located on a corner, with direct access to the Mayfaire Shopping Center, City Trail, and two miles from the beach. Come relax. Daily maid/laundry service is available.
This property is on a busy corner, with lots of foot and vehicle traffic. There are sidewalks and pet friendly, green spaces all around. THE BACK YARD IS NOT INCLUDED. Fur babies need to be on leashes when outside.

Great communication and very accommodating, nice quiet neighborhood. This is a studio apartment above a garage with its own separate entrance and driveway in an occupied house but still felt very private. Perfect for two people without feeling cramped. The bathroom was larger than we expected in a studio. Will stay here again and definitely recommend. Easy walk to Mayfaire and could also bicycle to wrightsville beach.

The apartment was provided with all the essentials, such as plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer...and Anne offered beach chairs and a sunshade. We'll repeat for sure if available next time we want to spend the night near the beach :)

10 star communication with host…Anne did everything to ensure a wonderful stay for us! The place is a very cute efficiency in a quiet and safe neighborhood within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Bed was super comfortable!! Will definitely return the next time we visit our daughter!!

After many years of traveling with our jobs, we decided to give VRBO a chance instead of hotels. Our experience was always great. The hotels near our home in Wilmington seem to be sold out, or very expensive, so we decided to put our studio on VRBO. The last time my family visited, my husband stayed in the studio. He said it was the most comfortable bed he'd ever slept in, and I had a hard time getting him back into the main house.

Why they chose this property

Location!!! Living here is like being on vacation. We walk or ride our bikes everywhere. Restaurants, shopping, the beach. I love an established mature neighborhood, but it is rare to find one so close to the action. Great sidewalks for walking.
