Look no further- This quaint, cozy, and comfy cottage is perfectly situated between the beach and the Sound. Steps from the bike path that runs for miles along the sound and just < a mile to the Ocean. This cottage easily sleeps 4-6 guests and features a downstairs game room! There's even a large backyard with a BBQ and fire pit with plenty of firewood. Enjoy relaxing in the living recliner, rocking chair, or cozy couch. Cottage offers several family friendly board games and family friendly DVDs;
Kitchen comes fully stocked with cooking supplies, pots, pans, dishes- Keurig, coffee pot, toaster, blender, etc.. home away from home! We are providing linens this year so Guests are asked to start a load or 2 before leaving in the morning before checking out.

I grew up in Norfolk Virginia and vacationed every summer at my grandpa's cottage in the Outer Banks with my family and friends. I am carrying on the tradition of vacations in the Outer Banks! Some of my best memories growing up were in the Outer banks and I hope to help others enjoy the excitement the Outer Banks has to offer!
Why they chose this property
This property has what I like in a cottage- walkability to the sound and ocean. If you are a paddle boarder, like me, you will enjoy paddling the calm mornings on the sound and if waters remain calm in the evening you can catch some of the best sunsets on the sound from your paddle-board as well. This cottage is next to the sound bike path so bring your bike, or walking shoes for hours of walking if you so choose. Enjoy fishing on the ocean, head to Avalon pier, less than a mile walk.
