We are offering this charming air-conditioned apartment for rent in the town of Les Assions, located on the upper floor of a beautiful house. With a surface area of 80 m² and accommodating up to 4 guests, it comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, an equipped kitchen, a veranda, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom, and you can enjoy a garden of around 2,000 m², two terraces on the ground floor, a beautiful swimming pool, and a jacuzzi. Wifi included, we are waiting for you!
Entrance on the upper floor of the accommodation, which is laid out as follows:
- A 15 m² living room with TV and sofa.
- A fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, filter coffee machine, and dining area.
- A veranda with dining area.
- Two bedrooms with a king-size bed (180×200) and two single beds.
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate toilet.
Outside:
- A 7m x 4m private, unheated swimming pool, fully fenced, open from May to October. Opening date not guaranteed.
- A jacuzzi available from May to October, which can accommodate 5 guests.
- A beautiful 2,000 m² garden equipped with a hammock and barbecue.
- A first terrace near the 12 m² swimming pool, to enjoy sunny days.
- A second 15 m² terrace on the side of the garden.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, dryer, fan, iron and ironing board.
The house is ideally located in Les Assions, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, with Super U 0.6 miles away and Carrefour and local shops 1.9 miles away.
Activities:
You can enjoy all the picturesque sites of this beautiful region: medieval towns, historic centers, castles, museums, and more. Natural and unusual sites: Vallon Pont d'Arc, Gorge du Chassezac, Défilées de Ruoms, Bois de Païolive, Canyon, miniature village, Ron des Fades, dinosaur footprints, rock sarcophagi, caves, avens, etc. And a wide range of fun and sporting activities: canoeing and kayaking, climbing, via ferrata, tree climbing, hiking, go-karting, and cycle touring.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot, which can accommodate two vehicles.

- Nearest train station: Montélimar station, located 41 miles away (1 hour 12 minutes by car)
