Northcoast village is in between the harbor and the pier. The complex is on the beach no
crosswalks or streets to cross just walk out of the complex on to the beach. You are 10 min complex has no central ac I do have many fans and 2 portable coolers for each room.

This unit is E100 completely remodeled in 2008. Granite counters in kitchen & bath, 50 in plasma Smart TV in family room and separate tv in master bedroom FREE HBO Channels, and, wood floors, beautiful ocean views and pool view, boogie boards, skin boards, towels, umbrella, chairs, sand toys, leather sofa which has a comfortable queen sleeper sofa. Stainless steel appliances. Table with 4 chairs, refrig with water & ice maker microwave, stove & oven.

The complex does not have or allowed central ac I do have 2 portable coolers and many fans and ceiling fans with an ocean breeze for summer. Cold nights beautiful fireplace and 2 wall heaters.

All the pictures in the listing are accurate. Nice view of the ocean from the Balcony. The place was comfortable and the host was so accommodating and provided great communication. Side note, about 30 feet outside the front door is a large outdoor patio with a large round table and chairs (community use). We enjoyed the sunset while sharing a meal that we made in the unit. So much more relaxing than staying in a hotel room and having to run out and get food. Short walk to the beach/ocean/waterfront walk. and the pool and hot tub are right below. Parking was simple and close. We will be staying here again. Thank you!

Wonderful location

The condo was amazing, clean, perfect size and all the necessary items for a great vacation. Loved the location, right across the pool, and beach. Danielle was amazing at communicating with us if we needed anything. Definitely recommend and will stay there again next time.

Fabulous ocean view condo!

We stayed for 5 nights and there was so much to do nearby within walking distance. Ride share taxis were easy if we wanted to go farther and avoid driving. Bed is very comfy and unit was clean and had everything we could possibly need. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Oceanside is laid back

We enjoyed our weekend stay in Oceanside. Much different vibe than the east coast which is good! Check out the marina's coffee shop nautical bean!

Ocean view was lovely and the sound of the waves was so nice. Also enjoyed the sounds of the activity in the pool. We used the spa and the putting green. Thanks for a relaxing, comfortable stay.

Amazing location

This location was amazing. The location was perfectly place by the beach and harbor without being an inconvenience for our stroller. It was easy access to the car parking as well as pool and laundry if needed. The condo had everything we could have needed and extras.

So many little extras in this Vrbo, like a beach wagon, ottomans that fold into twin beds (plus memory foam bed rolls), an amazing view and snacks and drinks left by the host. I would definitely have extended my stay here if it was available, and will look for it the next time I’m in Oceanside.

Very nice condo with sight of ocean on balcony. Good size for 2 people. Fireplace cozy on cool nights. Kitchen is well equipped. Condo has easy access to elevator, parking garage and pool/courtyard areas

Great space!

We came down to visit our daughter, this little condo was perfect! Immaculately clean and bright, this complex had everything we needed for good family time. Well stocked and cozy, yet near lots of neat shops and restaurants to explore. I would definitely stay at this condo or complex again.

We fell in love with this property because of the location of the unit and the view we had from our balcony. We love to sit out on the balcony and see over the beautiful pool and the ocean. We completely remodeled our unit we love the bamboo floors and the sounds of the waves from our unit.
