Studio NEAR BEACHES 20m2,terrace,free parking
20m2 studio that can accommodate 2 to possibly 4 people including air conditioning, a fitted kitchen area (with refrigerator + freezer space, microwave, pyrolysis oven, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso), a lounge area with bz sofa convertible into a bed, a bedroom (partially separated by a glass roof) equipped with a 160cm bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower, hanging toilet and also a private south-facing terrace with screen equipped with a parasol garden table with small private parking.
The bed with 2 pillows will be made upon your arrival as well as the provision of pillowcases, sheets for the 160cm bed, duvet cover.
Soap, shower shampoo and towels will be provided (if you need a bed sheet and a duvet for the BZ, please request in advance)
If necessary I lend 1 or 2 bikes free of charge for the duration of your stay

Séjour parfait, Stéphane est une personne à l'écoute, réactif, attentionné.
Le studio est moderne, fonctionnel, tout est bien pensé.
Rue à proximité passante, mais ne gêne en rien la qualité du séjour.
