Chère Sophie,
Le sol était mouillé car l'agent d'entretien venait de terminer de nettoyer la maison. Pour rappel nous parlons d'une réservation en plein mois d'août où les locations s'enchainent, nous faisons au mieux pour faire au plus vite mais l'agent n'avait pas que ce ménage à effectuer ce jour-là. Concernant le linge oublié nous sommes venus vous déposer le nécessaire.
Navrée de cette expérience mitigée de notre côté...
