Close to the new convention centre and the barrier casino, the port, shops, 700m from the beaches (Richelieu beach), the leisure islands, aqualand, 100m from the large market on Saturdays, 300m from the golf course<br>In this apartment, dining room with sofa bed, TV, kitchen area with hob and electric oven, bathroom (+WC) with shower, washing machine and a bedroom with TV are equipped with recent elements. (microwave, oven, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, pressure cooker etc... as well as everything you need to cook.<br>Everything is within walking distance (Résidence les Raisins d'Or)<br>Many activities around: Horse riding, tennis, water sports, golf, leisure park, cinema, discos, casino, museum, fishing, hiking and thalassotherapy.<br>Rental from Saturday to Saturday<br>Deposit 300€ Minimum 1 week<br>Price:<br><br>September 450€/ week or 1000€ per month
