Nice apartment, shame about the weather.

I can say nothing wrong about the appartement, modern, close to the beach and everything you might need for a holiday in Cap d'Agde. M. Lefèvre our greeter was a really nice chap, put up with my butchering of the french language Unfortunately we took the British weather with us. But fortunately the apartment has everything but a Bluetooth speaker, so the two days we lost to the tempest didn't bother us. Fantastic pizza restaurant close by, lovely owner. All in all, nice!

Wieder ein toller Aufenthalt!

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Appartement und waren wieder sehr zufrieden.Mittlerweile gibt es sogar eine Klimaanlage in der Wohnung, was bei permanenten Temperaturen über 30 Grad sehr hilfreich und wichtig war.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Alles war super! Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem, was man benötigt. Auch ein gut gelegener Parkplatz ist mit dabei. Tolle Aussicht auf Meer und Strand. Die Anlage insgesamt ist sehr schön und sicher. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter im Vorfeld verlief problemlos. Die Wohnungsübergabe durch Herrn Lefeve lief ebenfalls reibungslos. Ein sehr angenehmer und lockerer Mensch! Vielen Dank - wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Superbe !

Le logement correspond bien à la description de l´annonce: vue superbe sur la mer, grande loggia très pratique (qui ferme), décoré avec bon goût tout en restant simple, cuisine parfaitement équipée (grand frigo-congélateur, lave-vaisselle, grand four, micro-ondes, beaucoup de couverts / verres / assiettes, etc), literie confortable dans la chambre. Le lit à étages est dans l´entrée, fermé par un rideau. Pas de problème d´escaliers pour y accéder avec une poussette par exemple. On peut y dormir "dans le noir" , ce qui était important pour moi et les enfants. Très calme au mois de mars. Parking extérieur très pratique et sécurisé, convient à tous les gabarits de voiture. Merci au concierge très réactif et très sympathique quand il y a eu un petit souci qui a été vite réglé ! Appartement mieux en vrai que sur les photos en partie sombres. Nous y reviendrons certainement si l´occasion se présente :-)

Idéalement situé à deux pas des commerces on peut tout faire à pied.

Belle résidence face à la mer. Vue magnifique. A cause des restrictions covid accès minimum à la piscine. L appartement aurait besoin d une bonne remise en état.
