There is a spacious front porch and an attached garage. The neighborhood is quiet and the huge backyard has a patio with lawn furniture. There is a lakeside fire pit where memories are made. Fishing is fantastic and owners furnish a paddle boat. Rental is one block from Manteno Sportsman Club Beach.

We were both born and raised here in Manteno. Rondy has been a volunteer firefighter and a lab manager at Bunge Oils. Annette was a cake decorator before delivering mail out of the Manteno Post Office. We raised our family, coaching kids sports in the summer, fishing, swimming, ice skating, and cross country skiing. Community service has always been a big part of our lives. We are active at our church, are active members of the Manteno Sportsman's Club, and helped manage the Manteno Golf Club.
We are glad to share the history of Manteno with our guests from all over the world. We feel like we are "ambassadors" of Manteno, which we call "the small town with a BIG future."

CC's Lakehouse is a family home, built by my parents in 1949.
What makes this property unique
Our rentals are on a quiet street on Lake Manteno. Since we grew up here, we know the area and the people well. It is a great place to live and a wonderful place to visit!
