Comfortable and tastefully decorated 3 bedroom home in Bourbonnais. This home is on a quiet street and has a big fenced in backyard. The living room has a 65 inch smart T.V. The eat in kitchen has all the amenities to prepare a home cooked meal. The kitchen appliances include electric stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. You will find plenty of dishes, pots and pans, silverware, and eating utensils for your use. If you decide to cook outside on the back patio there is a Weber charcoal grill with charcoal, charcoal lighter fluid and lighter. The master bedroom has a 55 inch smart T.V. and a super comfy king size bed with king size hotel pillows. Bedroom #2 has a 55 inch smart T.V. and a king size bed along with king size hotel pillows. Bedroom #3 has a comfy queen size bed with hotel style pillows. We also supply a queen size deluxe electric air bed with extra sheets and pillows. For the little ones we have a pack-in-play and high chair in the home. There is also a laundry room for your use with complimentary laundry detergent. The Perry Farm Park is nice bike ride or drive by car away. The park has a awesome park with bike and walking trails. Pictures of the park are in the home description pictures . In the garage you will find bikes for all ages for you to enjoy.

My family loves staying here when we visit. Theres a tv in every room, boardgames in the closet, most of what youd need in the kitchen, and a spacious fenced in back yard. Its on a quiet street and there is an assortment of bikes and a few yard games in the garage. Great place and very affordable!

This property is perfect for short term rental. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay away from home. We offer bikes from adults to children and even have a tandem two wheeled bike that we have upon request. this home is close to the Kankakee River and has many bike trails to ride on.

The unique benefits of this home is the private fully fenced in back yard .Miles of Bike trails in area. Perry farm near by and Kankakee River State Park 6 miles from the home.
