Outside the resort, 3 km from the centre of Mühlbach, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking. Shop 5 km, shopping centre 5 km, restaurant 100 m, bakery 5 km, café, bus stop. Ski lift 1.7 km, gondola lift 6 km, skisport facilities 6 km, slopes 1.7 km, ski school 1.7 km. Nearby attractions: Eisriesenwelt 33 km, Grossglockner, Stadt Salzburg 56 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Mühlbach-Dienten-Maria Alm 6 km, Hochkeil 2 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Ritzensee Saalfelden 19 km, Zeller See 32 km. Hiking paths: Hochkönig 20 m. Flying Fox Park with 20 stations, slackline course, field archery, ATV trails and bikes with electric charging stations, mini- zoo.

Small kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Balcony. View of the mountains. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Kleine Wohnung mit allem was man braucht

Das Appartement sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Hauszugang über eine Treppe. Das Schrankbett ist bequem für 2 Personen. Die Küche klein, aber mit allem, was man für einige Tage braucht, inklusive Geschirrspühler, Backofen, Toaster und Sandwichtoaster. Das Bad mit bodentiefer Dusche fast neu. Alles war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das nächste Lebensmittelgeschäft ist in Mühlbach. Es gibt 2 Hotel-Gasthäuser wenige Schritte entfernt, auch eine Wander-/Skibushaltestelle.

Hübsches kleines Apartment.

Wir waren überrascht, wie effektiv eingerichtet dieses Mini Apartment mit 28 qm wurde. Alles war blitzsauber, Das Schrankbett war durchaus bequem, und wenn man es einklappt gab es genug Raum im Wohn und Essbereich. Die Küche voll eingerichtet, mit Herd und Backofen, Spülmaschine usw. Das Bad ist wunderschön und die Dusche riesig. Frau K. war immer freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar. Leider etwas dunkel, Nordlage kein freier Blick ins Tal nach Mühlbach und die Berge. 6 km bis Lift.

Zeer goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding

Voor de schappelijke prijs die gevraagd wordt is het een zeer net huisje. Alles is er, het bed is niet bijzonder groot maar slaapt lekker, slaapbank slaapt ook prima. De douche is erg goed. Alles is hygiënisch en goed schoon gemaakt. Let op! Geen uitzicht op het dal, wel op de weg die achter het appartement loopt. Dit is opzich geen probleem omdat het een rustige weg is met weinig verkeer. Deze weg (ook richting het apartement) heeft een stijging van 15%. Een vakantiecheck wordt geadviseerd

Sehr kleines aber gut aufgeteiltes Apartment mit neu renoviertem Bad; Sehr nette Vermieterin und hevorragende Kommunikation; Apartment sehr sauber. Balkon vorhanden aber leider Nordseite. Wenn ich etwas ändern würde ist es das Schrankbett, das ist aber Ansichtssache und möglicherweise praktisch wenn mehr als 2 Personen dort schlafen.

Adekwatna cena do zakwaterowania.

Miła właścicielka, która na kilka dni przed naszym przyjazdem wysłała dane wraz ze zdjęciami do kwatery. Do wyciągu jeździliśmy własnym autem ze względu na wygodę ok. 6,5 km. Parking gratis, zjazd na nartach pod auto. Istniała możliwość dojazdów również skibusem dojazdy średnio co 30 min.

War allein unterwegs. Die FW war bestens ausgestattet Dicht auf den Weg zum Hochkönig.Hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt auch durch die ruhige Lage.

Het appartement is klein maar praktisch ingedeeld waardoor alles aanwezig is. Naar het appartement gaat wel een lift, maar om daarbij te komen moet je wel eerst meerdere trappen nemen. Het appartement zit aan de achterzijde van het gebouw. Er is geen Wifi aanwezig.

Keuken zit niet heel handig in elkaar maar alles zit er in. Woonkamer en badkamer zijn goed. Inrichting van de woonkamer is niet super maar de bank 90graden draaien en het geeft een Wereld van verschil. Wat wil echt zonde is, is dat er GEEN INTERNET is. Dit kan je elders wel vinden in restaurantjes maar gemakkelijk is anders.
