Great apartment in ideal location

The apartment is ideally situated in Steinach. <5 mins walk to Spar supermarket. Good hiking and mountain biking from the door. Bus stop for the Gschnitz valley even closer than Spar. Free local bus & train for tourists. The apartment itself is comfortable and just as described, no complaints. It is a great base for enjoying the stunning Wipptal Valley, and eating and relaxing in the evenings. The landlady is very helpful with extensive local knowledge. Thank-you. I will return.

Nette Wohnung in bester Lage

Wir waren zu zweit in der Wohnung und waren sehr zufrieden. Gute Lage, Geschäfte und Restaurants um die Ecke, gute Autoverbindung zu Skigebieten, ein "Hausberg" um die Ecke, nette Vermieterin, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe mittels Schlüsselbox, ein Parkplatz fast vor der Tür, genug Ess- und Kochgeschirr. Die Einrichtung ist nicht unbedingt top modern, aber für den Preis mehr als angemessen. Die Bettwäsche kostet extra oder man bringt selbst welche mit, was auch ok ist.

Kleine Wohnung in super Lage. Nähe zum Lift, zum Supermarkt, zu Restaurants. Ausstattung für den Mietpreis OK, Sauberkeit befriedigend. Tierhaare, Staub, Geschirr unsauber. Insgesamt je nach persönlichem Anspruch völlig ausreichend, wenn man überwiegend unterwegs ist. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super.

Für unseren Aufenthalt im Wipptal war die Wohnung ideal. Steinach ist sehr zentral und man ist schnell in Innsbruck oder Italien. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Eingang und man ist in nur ein paar Minuten im Zentrum. Allerdings ist die Wohnung eher für Unternehmungslustige geeignet, da sie für einen ganzen Tag zu Hause doch etwas klein ist. Ein Reisebett passt leider nicht mit ins Schlafzimmer.
