Gattererberg 5 km from Kaltenbach: Situated in a beautiful panoramic location, this special farmhouse in Tyrolean style was built around 1750 and has been preserved true to the original (low doors). Old, rustic farmhouse "Hochzillertalblick". Above Stumm, in the district of Gattererberg 4 km from the centre of Stumm, 5 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on a slope, 5 km from the lake, 4.8 km from the skiing area. Private: property 1'000 m2, natural garden, lawn for sunbathing. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, storage room for bicycles, central heating system. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop "Stumm Märzenklamm" 3.7 km, railway station "Kaltenbach-Stumm Bahnhof" 5.1 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fügen" 10 km, bathing lake 5 km. Tennis 5 km, riding stable 6 km, walking paths from the house 10 m, gondola lift 4.8 km, skisport facilities 4.8 km, cross country ski track 4 km, ice rink 5 km. Please note: car recommended.

Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms. 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. Shower/WC. The living room is a farmhouse lounge. Balcony. Box-room. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Please note: maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm.

Wundschöne Hütte mit Charme!

Die Unterkunft war für uns sehr schön. Sie hat den Charme einer urigen Berghütte. Die Zimmer und Ausstattung waren auch sehr zufriedenstellend. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Mit Hund sind die Gassirunden eher auf die Straße begrenzt.

Autentické, překrásný výhled, milá hostitelka

Příjezd k domu je náročný, odměnou je plně vybavený autentický dům s nebezpečně nízkými zárubněmi. Milá hostitelka vůči nám projevila nebývalou míru důvěry. Úžasný výhled ze dvou propojených teras se neomrzí. Vadily nám jen drobnosti: některá okna nebylo možné otevřít, ve druhé kuchyni chybí lednice a i v této výšce létá množství much. Zillertal je v létě bohatou zdrojnicí výletů zvlášť pro děti, XXX se rozhodně vyplatí.

Prima vakantiehuis voor een weekje wintersport. Verwacht geen grote luxe, maar wel een traditionele sfeer met houtkachel, lage houten plafons en lage deuren. Er zijn twee keukens, handig bij grotere groepen. Slechts twee douches en toiletten vonden we dan weer iets te krap bemeten voor een grotere groep. Hele aardige en behulpzame beheerders.

In großen und ganzen, ein gelungener Urlaub. Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Es war alles vorhanden was man für einen guten Urlaub braucht. Vermieter sehr nett und umsichtig.Im oberen Geschoss sind die Wand-heizungen nicht ausreichend.
