New Smyrna Beach is one of Florida's best kept secrets. Walk the white sandy beach, swim in the pools, body surf in the ocean, play tennis, bike the beach or in the village, or just hang out at the condo. The large ocean-front sun-deck is also great for enjoying the ocean and sun, reading, watching dolphins or other activities in the surf. NSB is a short distance from Kennedy Space Center, Sea World, Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and Historic St Augustine. We are located only 20 minutes from the Daytona Motor Speedway, which makes it an ideal location for the February Race week activities including the Daytona 500, and for July's Firecracker 400 auto races, as well as auto races at New Smyrna Beach Raceway. We enjoy being close to home and enjoying the Canaveral Nat'l Seashore and State Parks like DeLeon Springs, Hontoon Island, and Blue Springs with their Manatees and other natural habitats. The quaint shopping areas of Canal Street in NSB mainland and Flagler Avenue of NSB beachside, as well as restaurants and shopping nearby are added conveniences.

We furnished our unit for our convenience as well as the convenience of guests. The kitchen is furnished with tools and equipment for baking and cooking as well. The kitchen is open to enjoy the company of your family and guests. The patio is convenient for enjoying the outdoors or for expanding the living area and accessing the pools and beach. This unit is a flat with 2 Bedrooms and two full bathrooms. We have placed some games, videos, cards, and books for guests to enjoy. We also prepared a large notebook of information/sites/adventures/restaurants, etc. in the area for our guests' use.
