We were looking for a place to stay for one night only for our family while in town, and decided to book this property. The bathrooms in the sink sinks and tub had tons of black hairs in them. There were multiple places where cobwebs were hanging from light fixtures, and corners of ceilings. Worst of all one of our daughters woke up, covered in bedbug bites. Even with the close proximity to everything, as we liked, we will not ever book this property again.
Couldn’t get fireplace to work. Bathroom doors in hallway bathroom couldn’t be locked; the one going into the bedroom wouldn’t even close securely; the doorknob on the one going into the hallway was installed backwards. There wasn’t a toilet paper holder in the bathroom. Not enough hot water to last through a shower at night. The basement was too cold for anyone to sleep in. We were there in December, and there wasn’t one Christmas decoration—not even a wreath on the door.
We travel about 2 to 3 times per year with our kids and dogs. This was one of the cleanest houses we have stayed in. Even my pre-teen son commented about how clean it was. We had plenty of room to spread out so we weren't on top of one another. We enjoyed playing the games during down times. There was plenty of room to put up the dog crates and leave them up. We love the neighborhood, we've stayed in the same area multiple times. Great walking path along the river to take the dogs. The neighborhood is quiet, set back enough away from the noises but very close to everything in the area. We loved our stay. Thank you.
Home was super clean and perfect for our quick stay in Pigeon Forge. The location was top notch and communication was great. Kitchen was well stocked to cook basic items while we stayed. Thank you, Lisa!
We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was exactly as described. The beds were comfortable, and the kids loved playing in the game room! Shower heads were not the best, but everything else was amazing.
The place was nice and comfortable. The only thing that I didn't love was that the room with 3 single beds is on the lower level and I was a little uncomfortable with that because my kids are so young. Otherwise it was a nice place!

My family & I love the smokey mountains and visit as often as possible. I grew up near Chattanooga TN and it's great to return to our roots and spend time with family. With our vacation home it makes it easier to enjoy a visit more often we hope to share the home we enjoy with you!
Why they chose this property
We were renting cabins and had some trouble with tight driveways and long drives back to them, so we looked for our own place. We enjoy seeing the leaves turn in the fall and all the concerts offered close by. We enjoy relaxing and watching the sunsets. We love to go to several of the shows close by as well as the restaurants nearby. We're also just a few miles from The Island and the cool things it offers including The Wheel (Giant Ferris Wheel)
What makes this property unique
We love being in the natural wonder around the home. Having a hot tub on site is wonderful. We are close to restaurants, Shows & Museums. Our favorite restaurants are Apple Barn, Local Goat, Junction 35, & Blue Moose. Our favorite shows are the Stampede, Pirates, and Country Tonite
