Partly with sloping ceilings, cosy furnishings: entrance hall. 1 double bedroom with shower/WC. 2 rooms, each room with 1 sofabed, 1 double bed and hand-basin. Walk-through room with 1 double sofabed and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Bohnen)) with dining nook. Shower, shower/WC, sep. WC. Balcony 20 m2. Barbecue. Marvellous panoramic view of the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Suitable for families. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. The beds will be provided according to the number of people. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Kurzurlaub in Ferienwohnung Schmittnhof

Eine sehr schöne, große Ferienwohnung, die mit allen ausgestattet ist, was man im täglichen Leben so braucht. Alles sauber und die ganze Wohnung war Geruchsneutral. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, inklusive Geschirrspüler. Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, J. lief problemlos über WhatsApp. Werden im Sommer bestimmt wieder kommen. Vermieter war sehr nett und freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend.

Rundum Zufriedenheit

Eine sehr nette Ferienwohnung, alles ordentlich und sauber. Liebevoll gestaltet und eingerichtet. Genügend Platz und Stauraum vorhanden. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Bei Fragen konnten wir uns immer melden und es wurde sich sofort gekümmert. Die Kinder können sich frei auf dem Grundstück und Garten (mit Spielgeräten, Trampolin) bewegen und sich austoben. Die Familie (Vermieter) ist wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Ihre kommunikative und fröhliche Art schätzen wir sehr.

So sollte ein Urlaub aussehen! Nach einem Tag fühlt man sich angekommen.Nach einer Woche fühlt man sich erholt. Und wenn die Kleinen bei der Abreise weinen, weil sie wieder nach Hause müssen, dann hat man alles richtig gemacht. Ein ganz großes Lob an die wunderbaren Gastgeber!! Auch wenn die Bäder und die Küche nicht hochmodern sind, die Wohnung macht das durch ihre Lage, Sauberkeit, den Garten, den Ausblick, die Ruhe, die netten Gastgeber und vieles mehr mehr als wett!!!

Bardzo dziękujemy za cudowny czas spędzony w Austrii w Dolinie Ötztal w Apartamentach Schmittnhof. Kawa o poranku z przepięknym widokiem na Alpy powoduje, że serce bije szybciej, człowiek się uśmiecha i czuje się rewelacyjnie. Dzięki Johannesowi mogliśmy się porozumieć po angielsku bez problemu. Gospodarze wspaniali. Bardzo życzliwi i pomocni. Będziemy tęsknić za tym miejscem. Pozdrawiamy z Polski. T. A. z rodziną i znajomymi.

Perfecte ligging

We hebben genoten van een heerlijke wintersport in Niederthai. De woning is netjes, heeft 3 ruime slaapkamers en een keuken met zithoek. Helaas heeft de keuken alleen een dakraam en dus geen zicht op de prachtige omgeving. De woning ligt ideaal aan de piste, dus zo vanuit het huis de ski’s op!

It is because of this, that on our website each property has a specific description of the rooms layout. We also provide the photos for you to also be able to see a more specified idea of the appearance and layout of the property. As you can see on the pictures there is only a skylight in the kitchen. There is a very nice view from the bedrooms and from the balcony. We are sorry for any confusion caused and we hope to welcome you back again soon despite this.

Toller Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Erholen!

Die Wohnung ist schön ruhig gelegen. Sehr nette Gastfamilie! Die Wohnung groß, geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Für 8 Personen fände ich sie zu klein. Aber mit bis zu 6 Personen perfekt. (Wir sind 2 Erwachsene mit 3 Kindern) Die 2 Bäder mit Dusche und WC sind etwas klein aber sauber und zweckmäßig. Das 3. WC und die 3. Dusche befinden sich separat über eine Zugang vom Wohnzimmer/Flur. Das WC hat kein Waschbecken. Dafür befinden sich in den hinteren 2 Schlafzimmern Waschbecken. Das Wohnzimmer ist sozusagen der Flur durch die Wohnung. Nicht ganz so schön, weil Durchgang aber durchaus ok. Terasse und Garten durften mitgenutzt werden und vom Balkon aus kann man den Garten mit Spielgerät gut überblicken. Der Balkon und das Schlafzimmerfenster bieten einen tollen freien Ausblick. Niederthai liegt sehr ruhig, in den Ort mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fährt man ca 20 Minuten. Die Wohnung liegt recht zentral im Ötztal und ist ideal um viele Ausflugsziele gut zu erreichen. Die Familie Falkner ist sehr nett, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Es war jederzeit jemand zu erreichen. Es hat uns sehr gefallen, und bei einem erneuten Urlaub im Ötztal, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder zum Schmittnhof!

Schöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren fünf Personen und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Toller Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern. Einkaufen sollte man jedoch zuvor in Umhausen, da es dort keinen Laden gibt.

Obiekt na zdjęciach wygląda na większy, w terminie kwietniowym dojazd do lodowca to 60 km w obie strony. Lodówka na max. 3 osoby a nie na 6. Wybrałem ten dom ponieważ nie było innego bliżej lodowca.

Appartement agréable, propre et au calme. Propriétaires accueillants et disponibles. Beaucoup de randonnées possibles dans les environs. Innsbruck à 1 petite heure de route.
