AMAZING SPACE IN THE OCEAN BLOCK! You'll love this lovely condo in a former Victorian inspired home is just steps to the beach and boardwalk on Maryland Avenue in Rehoboth Beach. When you are not enjoying the surf, sand, boardwalk, shops and restaurants, you'll delight in sipping a cold lemonade and watching the world go by from the 2nd floor screened porch! With entry on the second floor, this 4 BR, 2 BA home sleeps 10 and offers 2 floors of space. Vacation rental also offers a shared outdoor shower, CAC, W/D, WiFi, 1 assigned parking space AND 2 Rehoboth Beach parking permits. No Pets or Smoking Please.
Guests pay a $130 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Can't beat the location

Close to beach, ample parking passes, clean house. Top value for the price. No complaints. It is managed by a real estate/rental company, so no personal touches, but for a place at the beach it would be hard to beat.

We had a great time! This condo is spacious throughout. It’s a perfect location for a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, and shops, but just far enough to be quiet. We made good use of the kitchen and livingroom during our stay but wish we could have used that great looking screened in porch more.

Great location and nice property

The check-in process was convenient with the only downside being that we had to stop by in person. The property is very conveniently located close to the boardwalk, beach, and all the shops and restaurants. Parking was also great. We received one spot and 2 off-street tags, so it was much more than expected. The property was clean and furnished. The fenced in balcony was great for keeping out bugs. Everything worked well and the rooms were pleasant.

There were lots of positives:-Great water pressure in showers-Screened in porch was great with plenty of seating-Closet space and drawer space is great but plastic hangers would be more helpful than wire hangersAnd a couple of things that could be changed to improve stay:-Porch off the master bedroom was covered in wet leaves and not really usable-Kitchen is not well stocked could use more prep bowls and serving size bowls-Available utensils are mostly plastic-Extra towel bars are OK but hooks on the back of doors would be way more helpful for bath towels-Living room furniture not adequate for more than four people to sit together-Also, no bath mats for two pretty big bathrooms. We took our own so it wasn’t a big deal but if you were planning on going and like to have bath mats, you may want to take your own. 🙂Thank you!

The floor was pretty disgusting - your feet were covered in grime after walking on it for 15 minutes and most surfaces felt sticky. Not terrible by any means, but could be great with a minimal improvement in upkeep.

Perfect location and home away from home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this home to share with another family. Combined, we have 4 adults and 2 8 year olds. This home allowed us plenty of space to be together or apart as needed. The outside porch was perfect for meals and games. The inside table was a designated craft and breakfast station (not as we planned but, kids). The walk to the beach is super easy and access to the boardwalk is perfect. It's far enough to not be loud at night, but not too far you have to hike it anywhere really. The only real downsides is the one parking pass onsite. The other car had to be parked about a 10 minute walk away in a zoned area. Given we drove very infrequently, that didn't really matter. The space is a bit dated, but honestly that made it more comfortable with 2 kids. The bedrooms are spacious and the wifi works great. Service from the rental agent is above and beyond.

A trip to the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 21D Maryland Ave is a good place to stay. I needed a place big enough for my family to gather and this did the trick. The kitchen was well supplied and all systems worked. This includes good AC, hot water, and washer dryer, all important. The neighborhood is quiet except for the church bells during the day.The down sides are the entrance is a little dirty. You go up a central stair and the carpet is dirty and door has a little rust. This can be disturbing when you enter but once inside. The walk to the beach is short and no cross streets to worry about with kids but it's close enough to Rehoboth Ave that the beach is crowded all week long. We ended up going to New Castle beach which was a little less crowded.The room are comfortable but if you are planning, the two bedrooms on the third floor are very spacious while those on the second are a bit small

Close To Everything

Beautiful, quiet neighborhood close to everything, and just a very short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Very clean with a really nice porch. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation in Rehoboth and the rental was lovely.

Location was fabulous

We loved this property - close to beach and resturants, we never moved our cars! It was the perfect size for our group, we loved the outside porch, nice and private even though it faces the street. Upstairs shower needs some attention - floor appears dirty.

Great house, close to the beach!

Great house, so close to the beach, boardwalk & many great restaurants. The house was very clean and perfectly met our needs. Bedrooms were large, common area was nice, screened in porch was great. We enjoyed our stay. My only recommendations would be some sort of wine glasses (we ended up going out and buying some stemless plastic ones) and a new hairdryer, or bring your own. Overall, our stay was great! Thank you!
