Welcome to breathtaking panoramic views! This one bedroom 5th floor condo is a vacationers dream. Wake up and fall asleep to water views out each window. The Gulf of Mexico on one side and the Intercoastal Waterway out the other.

Step out to the gorgeous powder white soft sands of Sunset Beach/Treasure Island – a spectacular world class beach that extends for almost three miles, from Blind Pass to Johns Pass. This condo features tile flooring, a charming recently upgraded kitchen with quartz countertops, and a full bath with a walk-in shower with glass doors. This unit features two large flat screen cable TVs and WiFi. Dining and entertainment are a short walk away - with grocery, pharmacy and most services available right on the island. Walk to Caddy's Beach bar, close to restaurants and shopping. Beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas are provided.

The condo has parking, two elevators, coin operated washers/dryers, outdoor pool, common area picnic tables, BBQ charcoal grills and an outdoor shower. The outdoor pool directly overlooks the GULF.

Anniversary trip

Husband and I stayed for our anniversary. It was the perfect size for the 2 of us. Loved going out on the little landing and watching the sun set. We had a great time.

Nice, but

Condo was nice, only problem I had was the bed was hard, not enough padding. View was nice from the balcony! Adequate parking. I did not like that you have to walk all the way around to the front of the parking lot for the elevator from the beach. Also, I didn't like that the additional parking is right on the beach....I mean asphalt, step, beach....that took away from a beach vacation feel. This area has more rocks and shells (broken)on the beach and as you go in and out of the water which is hard on your feet, not as nice as the sand at Clearwater and Destin.

Great location

The owner was very easy to communicate with - and the location was PERFECT. It was close to many spots, but far enough away that it was a little "quieter". The condo had everything you need, in fact, best part was having a cooler, umbrella, and chairs to use at the beach just a quick walk out the door. The balcony chairs were higher so that when you are sitting outside drinking your coffee in the morning, your view was not obstructed with the railing. Such a great stay.

COCKROACHES RAMPID

The unit was infested with roaches on the countertops and crawling up my leg in the living room area. We could handle that for 5 nights of the 10 and had to leave. The owner was apologetic and refunded the proper amount.

I love sunset beach. I’ve been coming here for the last 20 years.
It’s one of the nicest beaches in North America. I love this property because it’s in a quiet neighborhood but still walkable to restaurants and stores. Also, the wildlife, including dolphins, can be seen from the balcony. This property is true beach life and a dream come true for me.
