Centrally located from World Famous John's Pass. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from your living room with the water just feet away. This condo is walking distance to fine dining, steak houses, seafood fresh caught local grouper, snapper, Tiki bars, groceries, post office, and shopping. One assigned covered parking spot with visitor spots. All the comforts of home, you will find everything you need to enjoy your stay. Starter toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, liquid body wash, towels, linens. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, spices, coffee bar with K-cups, drip coffee maker, tea, cream and sugar, air fryer, in drawer microwave, in unit washer and dryer, laundry detergent, iron, ironing board, one case of bottled water and so much more! (Due to the recent hurricanes the pool is under construction.)
