Walk into the front door and you enter into the great room which contains the living room, kitchen, poker and a pool table. The living room is super cozy with a large sectional, fireplace with stone backsplash, and mounted television. Enjoy a game of pool while mingling with your party at the dining table and kitchen bar. The open-style kitchen has top-line appliances including double oven, gas range, and stainless-steel refrigerator. The kitchen offers plenty of space for the whole family to cook a delicious meal. This great room will be a wonderful gathering area after a busy day of mountain fun!
The sleeping arrangements offers enough room for twelve guests, so you can have multiple families enjoy Stork and Bear Cabin. The master suite contains a rustic king-sized bed with direct access to the outdoors. The en-suite bathroom has a soaking tub and large walk-in shower. Natural light from picture windows make the master retreat a relaxing space to lay one’s head. Bedrooms two and three have a King and Queen bed respectively, wonderful for couples to escape to. The final bedroom contains two sets of twin over twin bunk beds – perfect for the little ones to enjoy. A laundry room with upscale washer and dryer are available if you need laundry services during your stay.
The outside area of the home provides a propane and a charcoal BBQ for all of your outdoor grilling needs. Serene quietness of being among mature trees is pure bliss. With the town, slopes, and the lake all within minutes of the cabin, you will have everything you need while staying in log-cabin luxury during your stay in Beautiful Big Bear.

Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.
Take trash to dumpster locations

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
