Full names of all guests and frontal pictures are requested to create cards. This must be send 5 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL. If you send pictures WHILE you're in the building or 1 DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL you won't get cards. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
Cards Payment must be done to the HOST PRIOR ARRIVAL . Once payment is done, cards are requested to the office.
CARDS GIVES YOU ACCESS TO One Palace Condo & 1 HOTEL but THIS DOESN'T MEAN AMENITIES ARE FREE CHARGE.

**ADDITIONAL amenities and fees:

~ Gym & Spa : days and prices will be arranged according to the guest's request
~ Lounge chairs on the beach- Delivered in Roney side - $10.- per person/per day. Beach bar offers a discount for registered Roney guests.
~ Laundry machine.
~ Parking range $ 18 / $ 38. Upon request only. If not, you might not have an available parking spot.
~ Daily cleaning is not included in the rate but is available upon request for an additional fee

If it's a last minute booking, guest take the risk of not accessing 1HOTEL amenities. Nevertheless ALL NAMES must be send Asap to be registered in RONEY system.
