Blue Mtn Chalet with Hot Tub and Sauna, Sleeps 20
Enjoy the peace and comfort of this classic spacious and bright chalet with everything needed for a great family vacation. This 8 bedroom, cottage-like home comes with modern conveniences such as unlimited high speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, sound bar, foosball table, and a sauna. It is situated at the end of a treed trail backing on a forest with a beautiful view that you can view through the broad kitchen/dining room windows.
The Space
Only a 3-min drive or 20-min walk to the Blue Mountain village and ski slopes. This is the perfect year-round chalet for skiing, snowboarding, biking, golfing, hiking.
This semi-detached chalet backs onto a conservation area with lots of trees and lots of privacy.
The swiss-style chalet has an open concept top floor featuring a super high ceiling with exposed wood beams. Kitchen, dining room and living room are all on the top floor making it a great place for families and friends to dine and hang out. There's also a large balcony at the back of this top floor with propane BBQ and patio furniture to enjoy your gourmet food outdoors.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, pots, pans and utensils that you would need to cook. There is also a toaster, coffee maker, Keurig coffee machine and dishwasher. In addition, there is also a large Broil King BBQ on the balcony right next to the living room. Whatever you want to cook, we've got you covered. All you need to bring is your food and seasonings. There are two large fridges, one in the kitchen and one on the lower level.
Dining room:
A 12 ft. long harvest table in the spacious dining room will provide comfortable seating for your large group while dining and enjoying the beautiful backyard view.
Living room:
The large living room has super comfy couches and a large 50” smart TV for you to kick back and relax or play a game of foosball. There is a front balcony with a BBQ where you will get a glimpse of the Blue Mountain ski hill in the winter.
Bedrooms:
The main floor has 4 bedrooms (3 queen beds in each of 3 bedrooms, 2 single beds in the other), 2 bathrooms, a shower room and a sauna.
The finished basement has a lounging space with a TV and 4 bedrooms on this level, 2 bedrooms with a double size bunk bed and 2 with a queen bed.
Outdoors
This unit has a private hot tub for you to enjoy during your stay! The hot tub is chemically treated and cleaned by our team between each stay.

- The wood burning fireplace is not for use

1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon.
2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older (excluding Quebec rentals), unless otherwise specified by a Guest Support Member. The person booking must always be present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
3) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited
4) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited.
5) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
6) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
7) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty.
8) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
9) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion
By proceeding with this booking , I/We agree with the management company that I/we will use the property and its facilities in accordance with the above terms and conditions and/or posted house rules, and that I/we do so at our own risk of injury.
