This charming gulf front condo features 2 bedrooms with large picture windows providing beautiful beach views. A large master bedroom has a king sized bed, large closet, and private bath. The second bedroom features a queen bed. Another full bathroom is off the adjacent hallway.
The balcony has endless views of the beautiful white sand beach and turquoise gulf waters!!! The view is breathtaking! Watch the sunrise, enjoy your morning coffee and watch the dolphins play from your private balcony. The pool has a swim-through indoor pool and is heated October-April! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. You can choose to dine in or out at one of the nearby local restaurants. Inside the condo you will find a dining table and more seating at the kitchen bar. The balcony also has a table for outdoor/beachside dining while watching one of our famous Gulf Coast sunsets!

What is provided during your stay: Linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property.

What we recommend you bring: Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Spring break gem

Condo was perfect for our spring break getaway. Gorgeous views of the beach and close to a variety of restaurants and activities. Would definitely recommend.

Tradewinds 805

The listing was as described. It was clean, had a fabulous view, and was close to restaurants and shops. Unfortunately, our check-in information was inaccurate. The code to enter the condo was correct, but the Wi-Fi code and the pool codes were not. The leasing agent was very responsive and worked to rectify the problem. Due to the check-in problems, we gave the overall rating a 4 instead of a 5.

Spring break

I brought my grandchildren to enjoy spring break. We had an absolute magnificent time. The condo was perfect for what we were looking for. It was right on the ocean everything we needed. The staff was impeccable. I would highly recommend this condo and this group of staff for any of your travels.

Good place to stay

The Tradewins building is being renovated...and it needs it. The 805 unit was clean and in good shape. It offers a really nice view of the ocean. Overall, a good place to stay and it will be even better when the building renovations are completed. The check-in process is virtual and a bit difficult. If you follow the instructions from your computer, you should have no problem.

Great stay

We loved the ocean view property. There was a candle broken and the mattress was stained when we took the sheets. Bathtub is guest room did not look good. Otherwise clean and comfortable

Could use a little work. Screens ripped. Porch furniture could be replaced. Pool closed for work for 6 weeks. Was a requirement for us. Called island rentals and they were fantastic. Got us in a bigger and better condo next day

It was okay

Cons: Upon arrival noticed the condo wasn’t really cleaned as expected more of “spit shined”, took the refrigerator over 12hrs to food cold as it should be in a fridge, the outlets are very sketchy they will not hold anything you plug in it falls right out, there is mold in hidden places you can smell it in cabinets. Check out time was 10am and we had maids knocking on the condo door at 9:40 asking when we were leaving so they could clean and then parked their cleaning carts outside our door which made it annoying trying to finish getting our items out. Pros: check in was super easy, virtual check in so you can ent straight to the condo no stop by anywhere to check in smaller condominium so little less people which was nice. Quick beach access made it nice. We took a mommy/daddy trip so we did not have our kids but this set up would be nice with kids. The ac gets super cold which we loved! Beds were very comfortable! Overall it was ok since it was just adults on this trip now if we would have had our kids I would not have been okay with how they cleaned it for sanitary purposes. They might need to look into a new cleaning crew also if your with a tall person who can see the tops of fridges and fans and areas most wouldn’t You might not be very thrilled.

Disappointing 👎

The complex was going through maintenance while we were there. Windows and railings were taped with blue tape and plastic. There were workers and equipment everywhere, often closing off pathways to either the parking lot or the elevators. The carts to load/unload were too big for the hallways (especially with the tools and equipment lying around). I let the property mgmt company know on day 1 and they said they’d report it to the HOA, but they never got back to us or offered any type of compensation or reparation. The checkin process was a little stressful. They email you the instructions 1 hour before checkin and require you to sign a lengthy contract (12 initials, 2 signatures, send a pic of drivers license, send a selfie, then send a second selfie of us standing in front of the condo door). I mean we did it and everything was fine, but it was pretty stressful especially when we are driving and trying to navigate. Thank goodness we had cell service! The inside of the condo is as described and was clean. The only real complaint is the lack of storage in the kitchen. There’s zero place to put groceries except on the counter. There is a pantry, but it was filled with sand toys so we opted not to store our food there. I’m not a complainer and have never written a review like this but I would never stay here again and would not recommend it.

Perfect getaway!

Very nice and cozy. Clean and comfortable with easy access, parking, etc. Beautiful ocean views and nice size balcony. Nice large tv screens and comfortable furniture. Plenty of dishes and silverware for guests to come and have a meal.

Big on views; short on amenities

Although this condo wasn't big, it has a great view of the ocean, beach and even the pool. It could use some updating though in terms of kitchen items like pots, pans, silverware, and knives. We had to buy quite a few things including a cutting board, a pan that wasn't warbly, trash bags, a dish scrubber, and other supplies. The vacuum cleaner was barely functional as the filters were filthy (which we cleaned). The master closet had a leak from the unit above. It was fixed by the time we arrived, but the maintenance person didn't bother to sweep up the debris afterward - even when they came by the next day to doublecheck it. It is requested upon checkout that you leave the unit clean, but that was quite difficult since there was not a broom, no cleaner, no sponge and only one trash bag provided for a 5-night stay. A hairdryer would also be nice and what I consider a basic amenity. Overall, I would say this condo works, the decor is attractive, and the view is wonderful, but I think we expected more for the price.

The location was good. The view of the gulf was very nice with easy access to the pool and beach.

The property was clean. Near the door the wall needs painted and the screens need repaired. The unit is very comfortable and nicely decorated. I would recommend it. The property manager was very responsive. The communication was not great prior to arrival. The parking passes were not left out. The televisions did not operate the same and the NCAA tournament could only be seen on the bedroom TV??

Updated condo with fabulous beach view

The view is fabulous...exactly what I was looking for. This condo is right on the beach which is pristine and well maintained. Nice balcony with nice furniture. Property manager very responsive and very flexible with my changing travel plans due to weather. Updated condo with only a few minor things to be fixed (window screens need to be replaced, bathroom light not working). Very clean except for the stove top. (But I'm a bit picky on this.)

Perfect Escape

My husband, middle son, and I stayed here, and it was perfect for us. Everything was clean, the view was fantastic, no issues with the condo, and good communication through VRBO. The decor is very calm and relaxing as well. We've stayed in several condos in Orange Beach, and so far this one has been our favorite. We plan to make a repeat visit in the future!
